Comment: While his tone is measured and diplomatic, Lavrov is basically making clear to the world that Turkey's egregious and duplicitous role in the Syrian war has to be put to an end - that is, if anyone on the world stage is serious and sincere enough to address the causes of the conflict directly. But with half the world under U.S. vassalage, blackmail and bribery, and with U.S. tacit permission to let Turkey continue - don't hold your breath!
