Obviously the judge was one of mommy and daddy's golfing buddies. That punk kid deserves a hell of a lot more than what he got slapped with. He isn't a toddler who doesn't understand between right and wrong. This jerk knew full well the consequences of his actions, he just didn't give a damn.
I would be willing to bet that the judge decided this way.....He didn't kill rich people so who cares?
This kid has only learned that once again money can buy you out of trouble. However, his luck with eventually run out...karma ALWAYS remembers.
