That hawks of the NATO Military industrial complex would love for Iran to try to blockade the straight of Hormuz. It's a "Go ahead, make my day" kind of thing. And all Iran has to do is sink one ship in the Straight of Hormuz, or the Persian Gulf, to give them all the reason they need to do unto Iran as they did unto Iraq.
Iran's Navy would be eliminated in a matter of days. And their ground forces aren't any more capable of significant resistance than the Iraqis were.
Next stop Tehran. Anybody wanna take bets on who'll fire the first nuke?
