you look carefully at the picture it's one in this case I'd say extra terrestrial craft performing a circular move. The light on the left is the actuall craft , the light on the right the "fingerprint" left on the film. The move was performed too quickly before the camera shutter open and closed, which is not unusual thus leaving the impression of 2 crafts. Also if you see carefully at the picture at the background there's a white streak, classic of a fighter interceptor coming from behind to inspect.Apparently this a case of an extra-terrestrial u.f.o. caught on radar and a fighter plane scrambled for a closer inspection. Not unusual.
