Date of Sighting: 18 July 2009
Time: 10.30pm

Witness Statement: We were at a party and dancing on the patio and no I was not drinking! It was a clear sky and because we were on a farm in the country there were many more stars than usual which I was looking at as I danced. I noticed one star was glowing orange red and as I looked it got bigger and bigger. It moved very quickly and when over head we could clearly see it was triangular in shape and the shape was defined by small orange lights around the shape. It was in the sky at the same time as two planes and was completely different in shape and flight.

It gradually diminished into a ball shape as it got further away until it eventually disappeared. It is the strangest thing I have ever seen and will be looking for it again.
