Reports of sphere-shaped UFOs have become more popular recently, according to witness testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) database.

A series of reports was made recently describing three spheres connected by metal-looking rods, in Sphere UFO reported by three witnesses in two states, Video: Another sphere-triangle UFO witness comes forward, and Michigan 'cluster of lights' may be another sphere-triangle UFO.

The top video presented on this page included the headline, "Encore 3 spheres métalliques filmé a Brooklyn NYC." Although no sighting date is listed, the video upload date is shown as October 25, 2008 on the AOL video site. The source is listed as "French," although the headline mentions Brookln, NY; and the audio accents sound like Brooklyn. I assume this video was picked up from another source and copied to AOL video, and we are attempting to locate the original source.

Another sphere video was recently shot on July 3, 2009, in Dunddee, Scotland, and posted at YouTube at username UFOHunter82 page. Part of the video explanation, includes, "Big ufo filmed from my garden," and "This ufo was spotted to the west and lost him at the east of dundee."

The four-minute, 16-second video shows a single sphere-shaped object moving slowly across the sky; and then the object finally seems to be dipping down toward land near the end, and moves out of camera range.

This video of what appears to be three spheres was captured in the Fremont Bay area of California and uploaded to YouTube on November 17, 2008:

And this video was shot over San Antonio, Texas, May 19, 2005. The YouTube description: "Witness Report.Mario Vallejo.

Here is a video taken in 2005 over San Antonio, TX. This is of an unknown object that was observed at low altitude (used the top of the trees as a reference point). On May-19-05 @ 9:00 pm, when facing north, I noticed a bright object that seemed to be hovering.

"I did not notice any FAA lights on it. So I grabbed my camcorder for a closer observation, and began filming. When zooming in, a bright, orange glowing object can be seen at tree top level. Object slowly descends at an angle, and goes out of sight."
