Raul Oscar Chaves writes: "This photograph was taken at Estancia Las Grutas, located only a few kilometers from Pigué, Province of Buenos Aires. It was taken by Rosa Ester Urban in the first days of June 2008. An attempt at showing the area's geography was being made, and no unusual object was detected at the time that the photo was taken. Ms. Urban used a Sony 8.1 Mpix camera and upon downloading it her computer, she was able to see the UFO behind the witness and to his left."
images gives a lot of results of UFO shots from Argentina. While at it, i decided to look at another few 'UFO' photos just to get a feeling of this 'long range capture' material.
This image is by far the most interesting of them all: The object appears to be genuine, i.e. not placed into the photograph afterward . What could it be?
1. clever fake: author had skill with photo enhancing programs and knew exactly how digital cameras distort images.
2. Bird, fleck on camera lenses
3. airplane (aerobus) body or argentinian training fighter jet with nothing on its wings of any type or size, or a radio controlled hobbyist model plane at this angle might give such 'arrow shaped' contour.
4. After massaging its pixels in photoshop the thing appears to be a robust craft with fat cigar shaped body and thin wings connecting in the middle of the cylinder. Bulkier than an A380, more like the space shuttle body (but the wings on that one are too low), that is with "thin" wings, no visible engines. The closest i can guess is the stealth bomber mixed with a space shuttle shape. The C-130 Hercules could come close but its wings are connected at the top. Any experimental plane, like the X-series.
5. if this is a UFO then its a classical saucer type, fat body in the middle thin plate at the edges. Could be a triangle but this looks very aircrafty.
If this was matter of life and death i would contact the maker of the photo requesting the original 'RAW' image or the large jpeg directly from the camera.
