An earthquake with magnitude 2.6 by Richter scale had been registered in Bulgarian town Strazhitsa at 13.23 on Sunday, officer of the day in the Ministry of Emergency situation told FOCUS News Agency.

The epicenter of the earthquake was at about 230 km North- East from Sofia, seismology session with Geophysical Institute with the Bulgarian Academy of Science (BAS) press centre reported. Few people had felt the earthquake.
There were no damages.
