Puppet Masters
The potential use of British-supplied depleted uranium shells by Ukraine would have a devastating impact on the country's economy and population, lasting for centuries to come, the Russian Defense Ministry warned on Friday.
Speaking at a briefing, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, who is in charge of Russia's Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Defense Forces, issued a scathing criticism of the UK's plans to support Kiev with armor-piercing rounds containing depleted uranium.
He noted that such munitions have only ever been deployed in combat by NATO countries, most notably during the Iraq War, when the US used at least 300 tons of depleted uranium.
"As a result, the radiation situation in the [Iraqi] city of Fallujah was much worse than in the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki after the nuclear bombings by the United States," Kirillov stated, recalling that Fallujah had been dubbed "the second Chernobyl," while the local population suffered from a skyrocketing number of cancer cases.
The West is well aware of the consequences of using such weapons, the general stressed. Even though it "will cause irreparable harm" to the health of Ukrainian troops and civilians, "NATO countries, in particular the UK, express a readiness to supply this type of weapon to the Kiev regime," Kirillov stated.
He warned that the use of the munitions will contaminate farmland. "In addition to infecting its own population, this will cause tremendous economic damage to the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine... reducing any export of agricultural produce from Ukrainian territory for many decades, if not centuries to come," the general said.
The UK's plans to send depleted uranium shells to Ukraine for use with Challenger 2 battle tanks were first unveiled on Monday, prompting an outcry from the Russian Foreign Ministry, which called the move a sign of "absolute recklessness, irresponsibility and impunity" on the part of London and Washington.
While the US has said it does not plan to support Ukraine with such ammunition, it shrugged off Russian concerns over the matter, describing depleted uranium shells as "a commonplace type of munition" which has "been in use for decades."
Comment: That the UK, and by extension, the U.S. could countenance the use of such barbaric weapons speaks to the level of psychopathy in their leaders. Fallujah will be a tragedy for generations: Those are the mildest images. There are far worse. Children have been born with brains and viscera outside their bodies, with a single eye, with extra arms and legs. But the West doesn't care.

Another point to add to the long list the British government & state will receive payback for. It goes back at least to the Tsar's stolen gold, and the Crimean war.
I think in case of a military conflict with Nato, the probability of the UK getting drowned by a 300ft tsunami is far beyond chance (50%).
But today moving children out of harm’s way in a war zone is a crime and the use of DU ordnance is ok.
Depleted uranium shells promised to Kiev by the UK would "cause irreparable harm" to soldiers and civilians alike, Moscow claimedAnd once again Moscow is dead right, Google 'Iraq birth defects' [Link]
Can you swim?
In difference to fission bombs (like Hiroshima & Nagasaki), fusion warheads are very efficient, and the most radiation is created during the actual detonation - which would covered by hundreds of feet of water. There is almost no fallout, and I suppose almost none of the flooded land.
But the detonation of such a (Poseidon) warhead, even under water, could be easily picked up by schockwave detectors, as commonly used for nuclear explosions and earthquakes.
As a side note, the 9/11 events were accompanied by recorded significant shockwave events that cannot origin from the collapse of the building(s). Imagine that ...
I appreciate your consideration of the 9/11 events because they go to show that not everything is as we are told.

I'm thinking that the Island will partially submerge, along with the tsunami. Underlying faults will be weakened with the bomb and there will be localized plate movement. Hopefully not a full fracture or the Island won't rise again.I am not aware of tectonic issues or instabilities of not-so-great-Britain. But the mere fact of becoming submerged by a 300ft high wave implies devastating consequences to that country. Though not too different to what they did to others ...
I appreciate your consideration of the 9/11 events because they go to show that not everything is as we are told.I am mostly referring to a longer essay from Dmitri Khalezov. A very short excerpt here, with a link to download the full 200+ pages PDF. [Link]
In difference to others, his theory does not involve aliens or unproven technologies, but existing and working principles and weapons.
And he claims that Russian Granit anti-ship missiles, salvaged from the sunk Kursk submarine, were perhaps used against the WTC buildings, but definitely against the Pentagon. The latter perfectly fits that missile's capabilities and MO.
I recall one fellow from Europe in the late 1800's, early 1900's, Alois Irlmaier, who could see a future (not always THE future) of war in Europe and destruction elsewhere in the world. [Link]
" Then comes a single aircraft from the East. It throws a "neutralizer" in the great water by England. Then the water lifts in one single piece as high as a tower and falls back down. It makes an earthquake and a giant wave and everything will be overflooded. Almost all of England and the European coast to Berlin will sink except for a few mountain peaks.
"Simultaneously, a new land will arise which existed earlier [Atlantis]. Three great cities will sink. One through water [London]. The second will sink [New York], and the third just falls apart [Rome]. The city with the steel tower [Paris] will be set on fire by its inhabitants and will be leveled to the ground. "
When Russia feels they have been backed into a corner and have no alternative, perhaps they will not behave as normal.
Since the Ukraine (and to a large extent the Polish military buildup) are sustained by US money, a lot will depend on developments there. Though it seems clear to me that they (US) will avoid a direct kinetic confrontation with Russia at all costs.
The UK government will get payback from the Russians.
