The footage shows the poor creature's conjoined heads being held up by a farmer.

While it has three eyes and two mouths, the creature does have two ears as normal.

The bizarre incident took place on a farm in the small village of Nasalo, located between the municipalities of Quimili and Anatuya, in the northern Argentina province of Santiago del Estero.

It is not known if the animal is still alive after the birth but local reports state the farmers were shocked by the strange calf.

But viewers online resisted jumping to conclusions, instead suggesting its appearance was a simple malformation.

One viewer wrote: "They are Siamese twin calves.

"It is not horror it is a simple malformation, it is common for that to happen in calves."

Another added: "This is called glifosato, it is a typical malformation caused by pesticides."

And a third commented: "It is outrageous, it is unknown the cause, poor animal.

"When kids will start being born with this malformations due to the poison used in the crops. And nobody controls anything."

It is not the first time shocking animal deformations have been caught on camera.

A mutant one-eyed cow was worshipped as a god by terrified locals after its "miracle" birth.

And a two-headed calf was born alive in China last year.
