Right, here is my NPC test. I think it depends on the policy of the building. Are tenants allowed to challenge other tenants if they don't display their front door key fob upon request?
If yes, then she was in the right to insist the man show her his keys. If not, then she should have left the man alone but probably reported the entry to the building security manager.
She done went and lost her job on presumption of racism I presume. It's hard to say if that was the case without knowing if she'd have acted the same way if the man was white.
All in all, man was correct to film the incident but could have perhaps de-escalated the encounter by showing his key fob rather than playing hardball. In his defense he might say he had no obligation to show her anything and she wasn't in authority to ask for his credentials.
Lady probably loses out on balance for encroaching on the man's rights given he was a valid resident in the building.

Probably one of those situations she'd have been better off minding her own business given it was a big apartment building and she'd have no way of knowing everyone who lived there.
It's funny as if she was a cop, this situation could have turned out ugly - reminds me of the story of the cop who walked into a black guy's apartment thinking it was theirs and summarily executed them without asking any questions.
