"The purpose of GLADIO was to attack civilians, the people - women, children, innocent people, unknown people, far removed from any political game. The reason was quite simple: to force the public to turn to the State and demand greater security. Under a strategy of tension, you 'destabilize in order to stabilize', to create tension within society and promote conservative, reactionary social and political tendencies."
~ Italian neo-fascist whose prosecution led to the discovery of NATO's 'Gladio' networks across Western Europe
CSIRO has been involved, you didn't mention them but I'm sure you're aware :-)
They did worse in Libya. The crimes committed by the Zionist government of the US are unbearable for a civilized society.
I wonder how fast things can fall...cause I think it's coming.
I thought it was more common knowledge now after decades of rumors that weather modification was a real thing and not just some wild conspiracy...
I would be surprised if weather warfare has not been considered. And likely used.

I remember waking up on the table whilst having my dislocated shoulder stuck back in. I simply sat up on the table (despite three shots of knockout juice) and while scanning the assembly of my torturers said: "Now that hurt!". I then relaxed back onto the table to have this story repeated to me in the morning by an amused houseman.
The next time it happened they had learned their lesson and simply gave me a shot of heroin. Worked like a charm, and when it was over the houseman suggested I didn't drive for a few hours and go and have a few beers down at the pub instead. The NHS is brilliant sometimes.
