In my community, they've started doing something rather creepy.
If you buy big jugs of spring water or distilled water, then upon returning the empty jug for a refund and replacement jug, they now won't serve you unless you fill out a form with your personal details; name, address, phone number.
Every retail outlet now does this, for every brand of water. Nobody will tell me why, and I've been refused as a customer because I don't want to give up that information.
They just started this a few months ago.
My "spider sense" goes berserk on this.
