Gyomaendröd, Hungary - 2006

The League of Hungarian UFO Researchers and the organization "UFO-Controll" examined a spectacular Hungarian UFO case occurring in Gyomaendröd, in the southeast of the country. The name of the witness is Máté K. He spoke about an experience which happened to him in 2006:

"On August 8th, 2006, I was heading home from Békéscsaba on train. I was looking out of the window, and before the train arrived at the town of Gymona, it passed by a wood. All of a sudden, I realized that there was a flying saucer hovering at the edge of the wood.

"It was as big as the room of a house. To make sure that there was really a flying saucer, I asked a young lady who was sitting in front of me what the object was according to her. She replied that it was a flying saucer.

"It ascended with a rocking movement and did not emit any light. It disappeared, only to appear again five meters higher. The setting sun later came through and lit the side of it, so it could clearly be discerned that it was metallic. We were gazing at it, and as it turned out later on, there were several people which witnessed it."

The witness was two years old, when inexplicable things began happening to him:

"In 1986, we had moved to a new house, and my parents decided that I ought to have a room on my own. At first, I was very frightened from the dark room at night and I often cried. I do not know why I was so frightened by that room, but during all of my childhood, I had the impression that there was "something" there. "My mother attributed my fears to my infantile fancy and not until some further events occurred was my mother's interpretation refuted."

Seven years went by, and it was one evening in the year of 1993 that the boy was watching TV on the sofa of the living room, when he fell asleep. His mother, too, was sleeping on the other, larger bed of the room.

At 1:00 AM, the mother woke up and realized that the entire room was flooded with light. Since there was a lamp post in front of the house, she thought that it had somehow caught fire. The fact that the light was of a nature altogether different from flames - the mother would describe it as of snow white color - soon made her know that the phenomenon was caused by a different cause. When looking toward the sofa, she saw that it was empty.

Her next memory was that it is still night and that she spotted her son Máté lying on the sofa. She could not tell later how long she had been asleep. She did not tell anybody about her experience until 2002, while she tried to convince herself that it had only been a bad dream.

She was particularly reticent of sharing her experience with her son for she feared that it could have a troubling effect on him. Yet somewhat later, her son shared his experiences with her, which convinced her that she was not dreaming at all.

The fateful encounter happened on December 12th, 2002 at about 1:00 AM. Máté told the investigators:

"We were living in a detached house, I was sleeping in my room. I woke up and had a strange feeling - I felt quite uncomfortable, but yet I did not really feel ill. I went out of my room, and when I came back into my room, I switched off the lamp and tried to sleep. When I tried to turn over (I somehow could not sleep), I realized that I was completely paralyzed.

"Then I tried to call out to my mother, but I could not utter a single sound. From the direction of the window, there came in a beaming azure light."

Then the light was suddenly gone, and he walked into the room where his mother slept, imploring her to sleep in the room in which he was sleeping. His mother told that he had also said to her that he had been hearing voices.

The next morning, the boy walked over to the neighbors' to get some fresh milk and was greeted with the following words by the old woman living in the neighboring house: "What did all of you do last night for your whole house was bathing in blue light?"

The boy did not even dare tell his mother.

There is still another event related to the light which occurred in the boy's childhood previously to the occurrence which he witnessed together with his mother:

"I can clearly recollect a strange thing with the light. One night, the shutters were closed and I saw that there is this blue light. There was no one in the room, and yet I could discern clearly a whispering voice in my head telling me that "there will be no harm, we only want to ask you some questions ..."

"I cannot remember which questions they asked, but there were questions which I could not answer - but they actually knew the answers. It was a bad feeling that they were there, and that I was paralyzed and helpless. They told me that it was them who caused the paralysis and that state would cease as soon as they are gone.

"I could discern their shapes standing at my bed, and I remember that the paralysis vanished when they had disappeared but that I felt a nausea until the next morning. The fear one experiences during such an encounter cannot be put in human terms. It does not resemble any everyday fear, it is simply unimaginable."

Haplessly, this was not the only encounter Máté was forced to experience with extraterrestrials. One year later, he was away in the castle of the town of Szabadkígyós with a group of other pupils. "Beneath the building in which my room was located, there is a huge wood with sport grounds, the whole territory has many groves:

"It was in a September when I spent a night with three other pupils, who were already asleep, I was listening to music with headphones. I was in a state between sleep and wake consciousness, later on they would tell me that this was the reason why they sought contact with me for it is the state of mind most susceptible for telepathic experiences.

"Then I heard snapping noises in the music, then it sounded as if suddenly had started to play the music the other way round, there were those voices that sounded like Chinese. I sat up on my bed - and there they were. Three visitors were in my room, two were standing face to face, as if talking to one another. The third one was strolling through the room with strange steps.

"His body did not seem to move. All of them were grey; they had large heads, and their height was about 150 cm. Although I still heard their voices, their mouths did not move. I felt that I was being paralyzed once again and then I heard a very soft voice, as if it had been a woman's voice, which I am not able to compare to any voice I have ever heard. I was thrown back on the bed.

"When I asked them, why they were always after me (I thought to recognize them as the visitors I had one year ago!) they replied that it was not me that they were looking for but a person somewhere near, whose name was Emaunel or Emanuela. I said that I could not help them. When I asked whether it was them who had visited me one year ago, they gave a strange answer:

'It was not us, but some of of our kind, but they were male ones.'

"They also said that they were not planning to do me any harm and that the others would not know about anything. They also mentioned a name beginning with the letter "n" as the name of their home planet. They also seemed to know simply everything of me, every detail of my childhood, the images were just rushing by before me inner eye. They said they simply saw those things.

"It was as if they had been accessing some computer database. During these events, my body behaved as if it had been some puppet - once in a while I sat up, then they put me down again. During this, one of them always had eye contact with me. Then they said to me that the experience was still to last for six seconds.

"I counted and really - after about six seconds, everything was gone. The next morning, the others saw me as I was still crouching on the bed, shivering. Of course, when I told the others, they laughed at me. The following one and a half weeks, I could barely sleep, so strongly I was afraid. I did not wish anybody to experience such a fear, but after all, I think the events had a positive effect on my life."
