Witness Statement: I am a supervisor working on the aquatics centre for the 2012 Olympics. A guy that I supervise ran up to me this morning asking if I had just seen something in the sky. When I asked him what he had seen he described a triangle which had appeared quickly and was moving at speed, it stopped for a second or two and moved away, it then returned, always within sight then it shot away at an incredible speed.

When I questioned him he said it had a large bright light on each corner and some kind of line or slot in the centre which he couldn't really describe. He drew me a sketch and drew the thing in the centre as a narrow rectangle but he wasn't sure. I asked him if it was as big as a car and he said bigger, when I asked was it as big as a bus he said he wasn't sure. The sky was clear and bright. I have known this guy for 4 months while he has worked under me on this project. He genuinely believes he saw this. I write this without his permission so won't give u his name but I'm sure he wouldn't mind to tell the story himself if required.
