A North Carolina man is reporting a low flying, odd-shaped object with triangle characteristics on May 28, 2010, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The "very quiet" object was moving just 50 feet off of the ground.

The witness reports being taken off guard - to the point where he never thought about the digital camera in his car.

The witness is also ruling out conventional aircraft.

No city name was mentioned in the public portion of the MUFON report. The witness did provide one illustration.

The following is the unedited and as yet uninvestigated report filed with MUFON. Please keep in mind that most UFO reports can be explained as something natural or manmade. If North Carolina MUFON State Director John Kledis investigates and reports back on this case, I will release an update.

North Carolina, May 28, 2010 - for detailed info (see Below). MUFON Case # 23675.

Description, draw a triangle on paper then draw another one about an inch beside it, no connect the points from the first to the second one Draw three circles on the first one inside the triangle near the points.now draw one on the bottom where you connected the to lower triangle points.

Now imagine that flying 50 ft above your head, very quiet, only a whisper, like Jetson's ship in the cartoon almost.

Story:
I was headed to pick my girl up from work, around 10:30, and out the side of my eye I seen this object floating by, so I looked up and I seen what I described above. It was very low, and I knew it wasn't a plane or helicopter cause planes don't fly that low and both the plane and helicopter are loud, this was whisper quiet. I wasn't thinking about the digital camera in my car, because it was the first time I had ever seen a UFO, because it has to be unidentified. It wasn't a blimp either.
