Witness Statement: I was walking up Oakhill Road when something caught my eye. As I passed the doctors this bright orange light in the sky was 'following me' up the road, it was very bright and solid, not like a chinese lantern. It was traveling very fast. As I reached my house I told my mum to come and look at it and she saw it too. It appeared to disappear but we went onto our back garden and it had stopped above our house. It had like flames behind it and it was orange.

At first I thought it had disappeared and we were just looking at a star but it was nothing like a star, it was bright orange and had rays behind or on it. It was brighter than any star and I just wondered whether anyone else had seen it and could tell me what it is?
