Witness Statement: A 50 strong, loose diamond formation of small flat silver white rectangles lights, like little flying carpets. A couple of separate lights flying slightly outside the formation. My daughter and I started to describe it as birds, then bats before realising they were lights, they stopped directly above us 50-100 ft above and appeared to be observing. We stared up for about 3 or 4 minutes in wonderment and kept commenting about how pretty it was. Then I got a bit scared and carried on home - we looked back about 6 to 8 times and by the last time it had either moved on or faded - there wasn't any noise in the experience at all.

When we walked through the high street to the car park a white van appeared and circled us to park in the top corner nearest the estate and a blue car also drove in and parked up diagonally opposite of the car park. This could be coincidental, or maybe they saw the same thing, but was quite frightening.
