Location of Sighting: Ely Cambs
Date of Sighting: 21st Dec
Time: 8.30 am

Witness Statement: First saw the silver ellipse from downstairs and rushed upstairs to see it better. It was just hovering angular bright silver ellipse at diagonal in direction of Stuntney. It minimally approached and retreated and then it changed direction looking more like a shooting star angle - it actually rotated a half circle so it was reflected and moved fairly quick to the left in the sky.

It hovered again and then began to retreat and got smaller and less long..looked more like a blob as it disappeared.. No vapour trail, no noise.
