A professional engineer watched two, silent, low flying and apparently controlled craft with an interesting "transparent halo" around them over Romeo, Michigan, on March 14. Reports are increasing across the country with varying descriptions of these craft having a transparency nature to them.
A Colorado sighting on March 16 was described as a dark, gray, silent, solid yet transparent, triangular-shaped object over Colorado Springs.
Back in Michigan, a witness saw a low flying triangular-shaped craft with three bright lights low at the tree top level at I-275 in Canton, Michigan, on March 3.
An Arkansas witness encountered multiple sightings beginning on March 13, when a dark colored, triangular-shaped craft with three red lights, hovered 50 feet off of the ground and 20 feet from a main highway. The same witness saw a similar craft in the same area a few days later; and two craft together a few days after that sighting.
A silent, blue football-shaped object was spotted over Fairbanks, Alaska, on March 16 - with two circles in the center.
An Indiana witness watched two sphere-shaped objects 8 to 15 feet in diameter that seemed to be trailing a small plane at about 3,000 to 4,000 feet off of the ground. One of the anomalous objects circled the second one as they flew along.
Finally, a Tennessee witness submitted a photograph taken March 9 where an object not seen at the time turned up on the photo. Michigan, March 14, 2009 - Two flying craft both grey color, silent, low altitude, low speed with translucent halo observed over Romeo, Michigan.
At approximately 19:30 on Saturday, March 14, I observed the following:

Each craft was surrounded by a translucent halo that distorted the light and atmosphere directly enveloping the craft. This band of distortion was ordered and not random. A distinct pattern was present in the halo. The ripples and waves of this translucent halo gave the appearance of emanating from the craft.
While sitting outside with my dog casually observing the clear sky and evening sunshine. I first observed the objects in the southern sky at a low declination. As I live near to a small airport with frequent light aircraft departures and approaches, aircraft are a familiar sight.
However, within the span of a second, it was clear to me the craft did not fit any definitive criterion of known aeronautical craft. As an engineer with extensive aviation experience and knowledge, I have a larger than normal list of criteria. Without an explanation for the speed, altitude, shape, and ballistics demonstrated by the craft I was observing I became immediately riveted, curious, but calm, and methodically analytical.
As the objects approached toward my observation point, more detail became clear. I could at this point clearly make out precise shape, color, and the above stated characteristics. What my eyes saw my brain had no immediate explanation for. First the shape of the object defies the laws of classical physics, and should fall from the sky at any moment. Second there is dead silence, no sound of a propulsion system of any kind. Third I observed that both flying objects where in a controlled wobble, that is to say they appeared to exhibit the same characteristics as light aircraft traveling at the low limits of airspeed. A gentle rocking or tipping left to right was readily apparent.
Of particular fascination and interest to me was the transparent halo around each craft. I am taking some liberty with the facts by saying this appeared to be a energy field. The halo or aura if you prefer was distinct and visible as a translucent pattern that distorted the atmosphere and visible light in zone that completely enveloped the both crafts. Honestly, the effects of the halo where quite disturbing on my senses, and seemed almost surreal. I think these feelings are normal for anyone seeing all he has ever learned, experienced and seen about flight and the physics of flight defied. The entire experience is quite unforgettable, but I suspect it is seeing this halo that will stay in my memory forever. I have seen heat waves in the Mohave and Sonoran deserts reach 200 meters above the surface. Never could I have imagined a force so strong as to distort the atmosphere in such a distinct manner as I observed on March 14. The distortion had a ordered pattern, it was not chaotic and random.
I watched the craft travel to the north as long could observe them with the naked eye. Having already calculated the approximate speed I knew any effort to retrieve a camera would have been futile. I witnessed this alone and have no one to corroborate these events. I am a professional engineer with 24 years experience. I am currently in fine health. I simply cannot explain what I saw, and I have no factual evidence of any kind to offer anyone. All can provide you with is my testimony.
My rational mind keeps seeking for a scientific explanation. But at this point, what I saw in the sky March 14 simply does not exist within my understanding of science and any aircraft I am aware of. Weather balloons do not travel at 3000 ft, 120 knots against the wind, and have a patterned distortion enveloping them.
Colorado, March 16, 2009 - Observed flying triangle traveling SW to NE
Note 1: Eye witness reported sighting to me..
On Monday March 16th approximated 8:20pm, while letting his dogs out and wanting to observe the space shuttle and ISS fly-over, the witness spotted a dark gray-ish triangular object silently flying over-head.
1. Color: Dark gray-ish
2. Shape: Triangular in shape
3. Structure: Solid yet "eerie" transparent with slight shimmering edges.
4. Sound: No sound was emitted.
5. Heading of Object: South/West towards North/East
6. Location of sighting: Colorado Springs at Austin Bluffs and Academy
7. Lights: None observed
8. Observation: Roughly 30 seconds
9. Flight Pattern: Straight, steady velocity no swerving.
10. Size: At arms length, roughly palm sized, 3 to 4 inches in diameter.
11. Feelings: Anxiety, nervous, amazed
Note 2: Local authorities were called, no other reported witnesses.
Note 3: Witness was not under any current medication or alcohol.
Michigan, March 3, 2009 - Triangle-shaped lights low over trees in Canton, Michigan.
I was driving north on I-275. I was alone. The time was somewhere between 8 and 10 pm. I had just pasted Detroit Metro Airport heading toward Canton. There were many planes in the sky. As I approached the Michigan Avenue exit, I noticed 3 bright white lights low over the trees to the northwest of my position, moving slowly. At this point, they looked like they were simply in a straight line and about the size of a passenger jet. I watched them as I drove, looking for any blinking lights or red and green wing lights that you typically see with planes. There were no colored or blinking lights. It seemed unusually low considering the distance from the airport. As I pasted the Michigan Avenue exit, almost to the rest area, I was about even with the lights. Still no blinking lights. At this point, the lights banked slowly to the north, away from the airport. I was now quickly passing it, but as it banked, it then appeared to be a triangle shape with white lights at each corner and one smaller white light in the center. Because I was passing it, I only saw it for a few seconds. I debated whether to pull to the side of the road or go up to the next exit, come back around and try to follow it. I decided I really wanted to get a closer look so I drove to the Ford Road exit then quickly went south on I-275. Probably 5 minutes elapsed. I got off the Michigan Ave. exit and drove west and in that general area for about 15 minutes, but I could see no sign of it. I was reluctant to report this because I saw the triangle shape so briefly, I wasn't sure what I was seeing. I decided to report when I saw on this data base another similar sighting in the Romulus-Canton area the 4 days prior to my sighting.
Arkansas, March 13, 2009 - I have seen two triangle shaped crafts on many occasions in the last 2 months they hover near the ground and not far off the road they seem to be in the same place at the same time of day repeatedly.
I have to drive home several nights a week after dark. In the last few months I have repeated experiences where I've seen UFO's. The first time I was driving home and I saw these strange lights I knew they were close to the ground because I would kinda lose track of them for moments behind the trees. When I approached where these lights were I noticed these lights were all on the same object. This object was triangle in shape with red lights at all 3 points, between two of the red lights along the same line were 2 yellow lights it was dark in color or it reflected the darkness. This object was not 50ft from the ground and about 20ft. from the main highway (right beside me) it turned about 180 degrees like it was looking down on me,and that is actually when I saw the second yellow light. About 2 days later, same scenario, but this time the object had blue lights only at the 3 points, again it turned right around as to look at me. If you were wondering I slowed down almost to a stop in the road both times but it is a little unnerving not knowing the origin or intent of these crafts. A few days later same scenario,driving home,this time there were 2 crafts hovering in the same area the one with the blue lights and the other one had the same lights they were just the opposite as before three white lights at the points and two red lights in between. They were a little further off the road and seemed to be tilted forward as if looking at the ground. This is a very rural area with a few houses. The objects were kind of in a field surrounded by trees. This seems to be ongoing as I saw the one with the red lights again tonight this time the white lights were strobing. This is not my first experience in this area, 16 years ago (5 min. from this new area) I was sitting at home, my husband went outside for something and stuck his head in the door and said you have got to come see this! We had a guest and he as well went outside with us, there was a large (appox. 50ft across) silver disk just hovering over the power line in front of my house it made no noise and it seemed to be in no hurry (Just like the other ones it's like they don't care if you see them) it had round white lights all the way around it that strobed around in a circle and had a dome on top. I went back in the house not knowing what to do and to gather my thoughts but was drawn back out to see. It was so close to my house I was literally afraid! It slowly moved on by and off into the field by my house and just disappeared before my eyes! Now just who could you tell this story to? Well I've told it to you. I am interested to know what they are up to. I've written a blog on the ufo files and someone said they might be looking for certain minerals in my area. Which kinda makes sense since they were looking at the ground. Makes me a bit uncomfortable! If I had a good camera I could probably see right into the craft!
Alaska, March 16, 2009 - Blue football pointed both ends round in mid. Blue circle in center w/white ring around it.
It was blue shaped like a football and had two circles in center, the center circle was blue and had a white ring around it. It was silent and flew over Fairbanks Alaska at 12:51 am and was in full view for one minute then flew very fast towards the north east of Fairbanks, I chased it with my car but gave up very quickly after reaching 90mph and it was very obvious I never had a chance to keep up. I do not think our fastest jets could have touched this thing! It went so fast it it was like it just faded away ...........
I saw it fly over going towards the north east of Fairbanks I was leaving Walmart when I first seen it, I could not help but see it because of the size and color I knew it was not a plane or helicopter.
I was scared at first then I got very excited but really was wishing for my video camera and regular camera which I will carry every where I go now.
Indiana, March 15, 2009 - Sphere shaped UFO's follow small plane.
It was 12:42 pm ,I was walking out to my car to plug my phone into its charger(I don't have a home charger). I hear the sound of a small plane flying above. There were a lot of small planes in the sky that day most likely because it was the first day that summer was starting to reveal itself. I glance into the air to look at the plane and behind it I see something strange, there where two sphere shaped objects behind the plane, at first glance they looked like 2 balloons some one had release, I kept watching, and then I noticed the objects appeared to be following the plane! I kept watching, they were flying in a straight path then one of the objects circled the other one, between the size and the movements I ruled out it being a balloon about 30 seconds later the objects disappeared from view (from being to far away) at about the same time that I couldn't see the plane anymore. It was very strange and I had never seen anything like it before. I estimate the altitude to be about 3000 - 4000 ft and the size of the objects to be 8 - 15 ft in diameter and where white or creme. seemed to be traveling about a mile or so behind the plane.

It was a bright, sunny day. Lots of birds singing. No other noises. I was taking photos of a historical mansion and I found an object in the sky of one photo once I got home.
I never saw this while I was there, nor did I hear it. I take careful notes of the ambient sounds out there as I usually record for EVPS (often I am successful). there were no planes, helis or anything else there, that I heard. It doesn't look like a bird to me. it appears to be too large and pretty high up in relation to the tree and the house.
I would like professional input please
