"Hunger Games $hit": DHS head Mayorkas shops in Georgetown while Katrina-like disaster unfolds in North Carolina

A massive shitstorm has erupted for Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas after he told reporters last week that FEMA "does not have the funds" for the remainder of the Atlantic hurricane season. Meanwhile, reports suggest the agency's resources were depleted to address Biden-Harris' open southern border policies that facilitated the greatest migrant invasion this nation has ever seen.

On Sunday morning, the latest power data for the US Southeast region showed that across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georiga, more than 400,000 customers are without power.

Rescue operations in western North Carolina are continuing amid reports that FEMA hindered private citizens from flying aircraft and other ground-based operations to bring in supplies or conduct rescue operations. It's just been an epic mess by the federal government.

Hurricane Helene exposes a deep betrayal of America

Hurricane Helene aftermath
Americans across several states are suffering and attempting to survive under unimaginably harsh conditions, without food and water, in that aftermath of Hurricane Helene which tore across ten states in the Southeast last week, leaving a path of destruction in its wake. And a week later, these people have found that they are largely on their own, as all the real help that has arrived has come through the efforts of individuals and nonprofit groups such as Samaritan Purse, Mountain Mule Packers Ranch, Save Our Allies and Aerial Recovery, which has exposed the fact — to anyone who didn't already know — that the Biden regime doesn't give a good damn about them, as Biden and his minions have engaged in not just dereliction of duty but the worst betrayal of the American people ever witnessed, since the birth of the nation.

Joe Biden, the placeholder-in-chief, showed up in Georgia [10-3-24] to give lip-service to the disaster and made promises of money to come, some twenty million dollars, and a recovery that will supposedly be totally undertaken by the federal government. No one should hold their breath waiting on that help to arrive, but if it does, they can bet the farm it will come with the intent of helping Biden special interest groups and supporters first.

Americans should note: $20 million for the victims of Helene and well over $640 million for illegal aliens and approximately $180 BILLION for Ukraine. When does THIS Damned MADNESS Stop!?!

It's an astounding matter that despite assertions of nineteen thousand National Guardsmen and FEMA workers already being on the ground in those states most severely affected, from Florida to Tennessee and Georgia and on to the horrific situation near Asheville, North Carolina, no one can find them, as FEMA workers are simply sitting in their trucks and sending out mass emails with an app for the victims of Helene to use to apply for financial help, rebuilding their homes, and most importantly finding a way to have food and water and medicines sent their way as soon as possible — THIS in areas where there currently isn't electricity or any cellphone reception and internet.

Can Kamala take the Presidency without an election?

Elections 2024

Let me begin with a shocking statement that people generally do not know. Read the Constitution and the Bill of Rights; you will not find any mention of a right to vote. Surprisingly, nowhere in the original text will you find any mention that U.S. citizens have a right to vote. All the ideas of having a right to vote in our pretend Democracy stems from amendments adopted following the U.S. Civil War and legislation passed during the civil rights movement of the 1960s. So, Constitutionally, this leaves even a grey area that the Democrats are trying to drive the election through, claiming there is nothing in the Constitution regarding any right to vote whatsoever. This has led to some suggesting that as President, Biden can issue an executive order allowing all RESIDENTS the right to vote.

I received a phone call asking my opinion:

Actually, the election can be delayed/postponed but not postponed indefinitely. The ONLY hard deadline spelled out in the Constitution is the END of a president's term and a vice president's term on January 20th of the year following a general election. The deadline is restated in the 22nd Amendment. Keep in mind that FDR served more than two terms. That was the purpose of this Amendment.

Foreign troops killed the old and young alike in Sudzha, local residents have claimed

Foreign mercenaries fighting for Kiev have executed a group of unarmed Russian civilians in the border town of Sudzha in Kursk Region, according to eyewitness accounts released by the Russian Defense Ministry.

Two local residents, who saw firsthand the actions of Ukrainian forces that invaded Russia in early August, painted a grim picture of the realities of the occupation, which included alleged war crimes and the persecution of civilians.

In a clip released on Sunday, a refugee named Dmitry, who apparently managed to make his way to Russian-controlled territory, recalled that the soldiers had "rounded up all the old people, the young, and shot them in front of everyone. They were Poles." He added that two civilians had managed to flee into a nearby forest during the commotion.

Sweden could soon have 1 million illiterates, largely due to mass immigration

There are nearly a million people who are illiterate in Sweden, with immigration a major contributing factor

The number of people who are illiterate in Sweden is expected to exceed 800,000 in winter of this year, with researchers expecting the number to soon reach 1 million, in large part due to mass immigration.

The most recent survey by Statistics Sweden shows there are currently around 780,000 people between the ages of 16 and 65 who are illiterate in Sweden, but this number is soaring.

"Each month, eight to ten illiterate students arrive," said Rita Sommarkrans, SFI teacher in Västerås, to SVT. She added that if someone can't read or write, it's hard for them to find a place, pay their bills, or even book a doctor's appointment.

Russia eyes banning quadrobics

The viral trend spreading among Russian youth is seen as destructive by the State Duma Education Committee.

A law on prohibiting the promotion of destructive ideology in Russia is currently in the works, the deputy chair of the State Duma Education Committee, Yana Lantratova, said on Saturday in an interview with RIA Novosti. The ban would encompass quadrobics, which is rapidly gaining ground among young people.

Quadrobics is a subculture revolving around the impersonation of animals. Teenagers who call themselves quadrobers role-play as horses, cats, dogs and other animals by moving on all four limbs and imitating specific sounds, while wearing masks and costumes.

The subculture has recently seen explosive growth thanks to viral videos on TikTok and YouTube, and is believed to have been invented by Japanese sprint runner Kenichi Ito. In 2015, Ito set the Guinness record for running on all fours for 100 meters.
Lantratova told the news agency:
"I am developing a bill to ban the propaganda of destructive ideology, including quadrobics. A quadrober is not an outlaw, but a victim. I call for legal penalties against those who make movements of the kind popular and attractive. There are the whole communities that are not as innocent as it seems at first sight."

Hurricane Helene uncovers how broken the US insurance system is

Many homeowners in North Carolina won't be insured against flooding or landslides due to the fragmented way in which disasters are covered.

On Tuesday morning, five days after Hurricane Helene ripped through Boone, North Carolina, David Marlett was on his way to the campus of Appalachian State University. The managing director of the university's Brantley Risk & Insurance Center, Marlett was planning to spend the day working with his colleagues to help students and community members understand their insurance policies and file claims in the wake of the storm. He didn't sound hopeful. "I'm dreading it," he said. "So many people are just not going to have coverage."

Helene made landfall southeast of Tallahassee, Florida, last week with winds up to 140 miles per hour, downing trees and bringing record-breaking storm surges to areas along the Gulf Coast before charging up through Georgia. But perhaps its most shocking impacts have been on inland North Carolina, where it first started raining while the storm was still over Mexico. At least 57 people are dead in Buncombe County in the west of the state alone. Communities like Boone received dozens of inches of rainfall despite being hundreds of miles from the coast. Waters rose in main streets, sinkholes and mudslides wreaked havoc, and major roads were blocked, flooded, or degraded by the storm.

American Academy of Pediatrics tosses detransitioners from conference

The largest pediatricians’ association in the U.S. removed Chloe Cole and other detransitioners from a conference this weekend where they were sharing their experiences with medical professionals.
'They don't want detransitioners here...they want to pretend that they don't exist.'

A conference hosted by the largest professional association of pediatricians in the United States kicked out a group of detransitioners who sought to share their perspectives with doctors, The Daily Wire has learned.

Detransitioners are individuals who attempted the impossible — to change their gender through hormonal or surgical transgender interventions — before stopping treatments and living as their biological sex. They are largely ignored in the mainstream media and dismissed by medical organizations. But many detransitioned individuals have taken their stories to social media and grown large followings as they spread awareness about the dangers of so-called "gender-affirming care."

The UK gov't wants to legalise 'assisted dying'. Here's what happens next.

Assisted Dying
© Off-Guardian
The Parliament of the United Kingdom is moving forward with a vote on a new bill that will legalise assisted dying for those diagnosed with terminal illness.

The bill, proposed by Labour MP Kim Leadbeater, has yet to be published in full. According to the BBC:
The details have not been finalised but the bill is likely to be similar to a proposal in the House of Lords, which would allow terminally ill adults with six months or fewer to live to get medical help to end their own lives.
This is the culmination of a years-long political, media and entertainment industry wide campaign to normalise euthanasia in the UK's public mind.

In that time we have been told that assisted dying is good for people, good for the NHS and good for the environment.

The bill is expected to be formally introduced on 16 October, with the first debate to take place later this year, meaning the vote will likely be held in early 2025.

I would be stunned if it doesn't pass.

Here is my prediction for what happens next...

Your government hates you: Biden-Harris' Helene response has been way worse than Katrina

The devastation wrought across the American Southeast by Category 4 Hurricane Helene last week has naturally drawn comparisons to the 2005 Hurricane Katrina response. As a veteran of military logistics, I can confirm that President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris' response to this round of mass suffering has been orders of magnitude worse than federal actions taken after Katrina.

In August of 2005, I was a U.S. Army colonel serving on the Army staff in the Pentagon. Before Hurricane Katrina was even nearing landfall, I was detailed as a shift officer in the National Military Command Center (NMCC) for hurricane support operations. As a career logistics officer, this was the culmination of a noncombat mission I had been associated with since I was first commissioned: disaster relief and humanitarian support operations.

From the Yellowstone fires in 1988 while I was a mere first lieutenant, through Hurricane Fran while I was serving on Fort Bragg (now Fort Liberty) as a major in the 82nd Airborne Division, through the humanitarian missions the support battalion of the 82nd I commanded in Afghanistan accomplished, and through the many training events and "orders drills" I endured in this arena, this secondary mission of all logisticians was something that defined a substantial part of my military career. As such, I was privileged to be a part of the national support to Katrina.
