The following footage appears to show three meteor/fireball/comet fragments falling through the sky over the very southern tip of Japan on July 20, 2013. In the foreground we see Sakurajima Volcano, in Kagoshima, Kagoshima Prefecture. The volcano has been very active lately, erupting several times in recent years.

These objects are just over a minute apart and almost in the same location with the same direction. If they were following each other in space they would be separated near the Earth's surface by approaching 50 miles.
If from space each would only be visible for a short period of time - say five seconds and would travel many times the cameras field of view perhaps being only visible for < 1 seconds.
These three objects are almost certainly military jets. Possibly trainers, leaving each aircraft sufficient time to land one after the other. We are seeing them at early dawn through a camera lens adjusted for low light levels so the exhausts seem very bright compared to the background.
I'll check out the ground on this....
