NSO Group says it works with law enforcement agencies to track criminals and 'terrorists'
The hacks, which took place in the last several months, hit U.S. officials either based in Uganda or focused on matters concerning the East African country.

Apple Inc iPhones of at least nine U.S. State Department employees were hacked by an unknown assailant using sophisticated spyware developed by the Israel-based NSO Group, according to four people familiar with the matter.

The hacks, which took place in the last several months, hit U.S. officials either based in Uganda or focused on matters concerning the East African country, two of the sources said.

Comment: Considering the tens of thousands of known victims, a significant number of whom were high profile government officials, it's highly unlikely that only 9 US officials, and only those working in Africa on specific telephone numbers, were affected, but it's understandable that governments would be rather reluctant to admit that their officials have fallen victim to such a simple yet compromising hack:

Judicial Watch announced today that it received 4 pages of records from the Secret Service that reveal that Bill Clinton took a trip with Ghislaine Maxwell to India. Maxwell, a longtime associate of Jeffrey Epstein, who is now on trial for sex trafficking and other charges.

The documents were obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Secret Service asking for information about any trips Bill Clinton took with Ghislaine Maxwell.

The records include exchanges between Secret Service officers about a trip that Maxwell went on with President Clinton. In a November 20, 2003, email exchange titled 'requested info', a Secret Service official advises a colleague, "The LA lead is [redacted]. Manifest to Osaka and LA (has not been confirmed but this should not deviate too much). FPOTUS Clinton [redacted] Ghislaine Maxwell [redacted]. Crew [redacted]."

Top physician threatens 'only harsh measures' can prevent Ebola-like Covid variant

Further mutations of the Covid-19 virus could spawn a strain as contagious as Delta and as deadly as the Ebola virus. That's the stark warning from the World Medical Association.

Frank Ulrich Montgomery, chairman of the global physicians' society the World Medical Association (WMA), shared his fears with Germany's Funke media group's newspapers on Saturday. He stressed the importance of not "giving the virus a chance" to mutate any further. To achieve this, it may be necessary to keep "vaccinating the world for years" to come, Montgomery said.

The Ebola virus, whose horrific effects on humans could be matched by a new covid strain just as the WMA chairman warns, was first discovered back in 1976 in South Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The deadliest outbreak to date occurred in West Africa between 2014 and 2016, claiming more than 11,000 lives. The disease brought on by the virus causes a severe fever and internal bleeding, with the average fatality rate being around 50%, according to the World Health Organization. Some of the known strains, however, have led to death in a terrifying 90% of all cases.

The impact of misclassifying deaths in evaluating vaccine safety: the same statistical illusion

Covid statistic images

In a previous post we showed that if there was a one-week delay in reporting deaths then a vaccine that was a placebo would be seen to have a decreased mortality rate for the vaccinated compared to the unvaccinated. In other words, an illusion of effectiveness is created by the one-week delay in reporting. This is shown in Figure 1 with our hypothetical example comparing the correct figures to the reported figures based on a one-week delay. The example assumes that in this population of 10 million people there is a (constant) weekly mortality rate of 50 deaths per 100,000 people. Each week the population reduces by the number of deaths the previous week. All death numbers (which are simply the relevant population multiplied by 50/100000) are rounded to whole numbers.

Mossad recruited Iranian scientists to blow up nuclear facility

Natanz Nuclear Facility
Israel's Mossad recruited a team of Iranian nuclear scientists to carry out a covert operation which blew up one of the regime's most secure nuclear facilities earlier this year, the Jewish Chronicle reported.

Up to 10 scientists were approached by Israeli agents and agreed to destroy the underground A1000 centrifuge hall at Natanz in April, though they believed that they were working for international dissident groups.

Some of the explosives they used were dropped into the compound by a drone and quietly collected by the scientists, while others were smuggled into the high security facility hidden in boxes of food on a catering lorry, the report said.

The ensuing destruction caused chaos in the highest echelons of the Iranian leadership. It demolished 90 per cent of the centrifuges at the nuclear plant, delaying progress towards a bomb and putting the key complex out of action for up to nine months, the report added.

The new details are among astonishing secrets of three connected Mossad operations that took place over an 11-month period of sabotage in Iran. The first two, in July 2020 and April 2021, targeted the complex in Natanz using explosives, while he third, in June this year, took the form of a quadcopter assault on the Iran Centrifuge Technology Company (TESA), in the city of Karaj, 30 miles northwest of Tehran, Jewish Chronicle reported.

Biden appears to misremember 1973 meeting with Israeli leader

US President Joe Biden • Former Israeli PM Golda Meir at the UN, 1970
President Joe Biden attempted to illustrate his support for Israel by touting a supposed wartime meeting with former Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir during a time when he was in law school and the former PM had not yet been elected.

Biden said he met with Meir during 1967's Six-Day War, in which he claimed he served as a "liaison" between Israel and Egypt. He made the remarks during a menorah lighting at the White House Wednesday, apparently referencing a meeting he had with Meir just before a 1973 conflict, Fox News reported.

The Six-Day War, in which Israel annihilated a surprise attack from the Arab coalition of Jordan, Syria and Egypt and reshaped the Middle East, broke out a year before the future president graduated Syracuse University College of Law, according to the report. Meir was elected prime minister two years later.
"I have known every — every prime minister well since Golda Meir, including Golda Meir. And during the Six-Day War, I had an opportunity to — she invited me to come over because I was going to be the liaison between she and the Egyptians about the Suez.

"And I sat in front of her desk. And she had a guy — her staff member — to my right. His name was Rabin. And she kept flipping those maps up and down. She had that bevy of maps — sort of kept it — and it was — it was so depressing what she was — about what happened. She gave me every detail."

Psaki blames Americans for Biden's failure to shut down COVID when pressed by Doocy

WH Press Secretary Jen Psaki
White House press secretary Jen Psaki appeared to blame the number of unvaccinated Americans for the continuation of the COVID-19 pandemic.

During his presidential bid, Biden made it a campaign promise to "shut down the virus," then called former President Donald Trump's travel restrictions against China "xenophobic."

"What ever happened to President [Joe] Biden's promise to shut down the virus?" Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy asked Wednesday.

"We're working on it, Peter," Psaki said.

"There's another variant here, is the idea that you want people to wrap their heads around that the president, instead of shutting down the virus, is gonna try to help people amidst the virus?" Doocy continued.

Saudis mounted covert campaign to kill UN Yemen vote

Saudi army artillery fire shells towards Yemen from the Saudi-Yemeni border.
An intensive secret lobbying campaign by Saudi Arabia, featuring "incentives and threats," reportedly succeeded in shutting down a UN investigation into human rights violations committed in the Yemen conflict this year.

Citing sources with close knowledge of the process, The Guardian reported that the Saudi carrot and stick approach forced members of the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) to vote against extending the independent war crimes probe in October.

It marked the first time a UNHRC resolution had been defeated in the agency's 15-year history. The vote saw a majority of 21 countries oppose the motion to allow the Group of Eminent Experts (GEE) on Yemen an additional two years to investigate. A previous vote in 2020 to extend their term had been opposed by only 12 countries.

"That kind of swing - from 12 no's to 21 - does not just happen," one official told the paper, which reported that "alarm bells" rang for the measure's supporters a week before the vote about how the Saudi campaign was apparently "very different" from previous years.

According to the report, Saudi Arabia warned Indonesia - the world's most populous Muslim country - that it would not recognize the Covid-19 vaccination credentials of citizens who were looking to travel to the holy city of Mecca if it didn't reject the resolution. Indonesia ended up casting an opposing vote.

Biden makes lame joke about 'president' Fauci in Covid speech: 'I see him more than my wife'

President Houseplant attempts some humor about Fauci
Offhanded joke underscores closer relationship that Biden and Fauci have compared to Trump

President Joe Biden quipped on Thursday that his top Covid-19 adviser, Dr Anthony Fauci, could himself serve as president and that he sees the infectious disease expert more than he sees the first lady.

The offhanded joke came during an address Mr Biden gave on Thursday regarding his administration's Covid-19 response and the new omicron variant, which spurred the US to institute travel bans on South Africa and a handful of other southern African nations.

Comment: The evil leading the addled.

For the real low-down on the 'talented Dr. Fauci', one could do no better than Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.'s new book The Real Dr. Fauci. His decades-long career of medical and financial malfeasance is breathtaking.

Creepy: Police can track Australian protestors right down to their neighborhoods

australia covid protesters melbourne

New data has shown Melbourne’s freedom protesters are everyday Australians and those struggling to make ends meet.
New data has unearthed specific information about Melbourne's 'freedom' protesters, including which suburbs they hail from.

Staggering new data has pinpointed exactly where Melbourne's "freedom" protesters hail from, with many found to be everyday Australians who have battled through consistent lockdowns and struggled to make ends meet.

Australian research company Roy Morgan released the data on Wednesday after monitoring and then analysing who attended Melbourne's anti-government protest outside Parliament House on November 20.

Comment: Still punting the propaganda at the end, citing what is likely a weighted poll. The whole article seems to have a faint whiff of condescension towards those 'further down the socio-economic ladder'. The plebes just don't know what is good for them, right? Fortunately, those plebes, don't care. They are still coming out in droves:

This is what they are rightfully terrified of:
