China is now unfortunately placed with Cold air still dominating its upper atmosphere.
As I've mentioned before, tornadoes are a natural consequence of such unseasonal and unusual movements of cold air and I believe that tornadoes will pose an increasing threat to China's heavily populated cities and provinces.
