Aliens have under-ocean bases and are trying to dissuade the human race away from nuclear weapons, due to the potential catastrophic damage.
In some quarters, that statement would see you dismissed as a crank. But not for Gary Heseltine, vice president of the newly formed International Coalition of Extraterrestrial Research (ICER). It is a non-governmental organisation headquartered in Portugal comprising scientists, researchers, and academics from 27 nations. Their mission statement is: "Preparing for Contact."
Every member of ICER has signed an oath underlining their core belief.
Heseltine explains: "It says after 70 years of worldwide research, we think the evidence points to something that is real, acts with intelligence and is likely to be extraterrestrial, and non-human."
Yes, ICER thinks aliens exist and that they frequently visit Earth. It sounds like a plot from a Hollywood movie, but the group is serious, and keen to discuss its theories rationally and evidentially.
Heseltine, a former British police detective, explained:
"My remit and ICER's remit is what would stand up in a hypothetical court of law. We should be preparing now for the possibility this is real, as the evidence says it's real. We are dealing with something that's gone beyond lights in the sky. To put it in perspective, in three percent of cases worldwide there's something that is a genuine phenomenon, that defies explanation after investigation. Three percent of millions of cases over the last 70 years is a lot."Some experts report these crafts [are] flying at hypersonic speeds, pulling a g-force of 600, with no wings or propulsion system. (As a comparison, an F-16 can only fly at half that speed and pull 9G). There is also a fighter pilot's account of seeing a craft drop from 60,000 feet to 50 feet in 0.8 seconds.
Heseltine talks of observables with UFO or UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) that include instant acceleration, instant stop, instant reversal on the same track, all with no deceleration, and right-angle turns with no declaration at the point of turn.
Others are truly hard to wrap one's mind around: ICER says these crafts can switch from being invisible to visible in the click of a finger. And all emit no noise.
Experts agree this is all beyond military capabilities - even secret, advanced programs. Heseltine says:
"This is why ICER is pushing for governments to release information to be studied. The performance is simply things we can't do.Sightings and speculation around UFOs began in earnest in the 1940s. ICER believes this is not by chance, as it was when the first nuclear weapon was detonated.
"ICER wants the scientific data released from these incidents; telemetry, radar, performance characteristics, as the more scrutiny of the actual data, the more ICER believes that it will quickly prove to be something that is not man-made."
"What a coincidence. I think when we detonated our first atomic weapons, it sent an invisible shockwave out into space that was picked up by other civilisations who then realised that this creature on this planet had reached a level of technical achievement that it was able to split the atom."Continuing the theory, Heseltine explains how the 509th Operations Group of the US Air Force was the first squadron to have nuclear weapons. It was their pilots who dropped the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombs.
And their HQ? Walker Air Force Base, which is near Roswell in New Mexico and where the infamous alien crash incident allegedly occurred in 1947.
Since then, according to Heseltine, other nuclear incidents have occurred, such as a Soviet Union missile silo being turned on in 1982 seemingly by itself and US silos being inexplicably turned off.
This combines with ICER's feelings that aliens have been creating bases in the deep trenches of our oceans.
Heseltine asks:
"Wouldn't it then make sense that they would not want to see the Earth destroyed in a mutually assured destruction war that would render the planet toxic? It would make sense for them to come out and say 'we don't think you should be playing with nuclear weapons.'That again chimes with ICER's agenda, as they estimate 90 percent of UFO information is locked away by governments.
"America has been the most powerful nation on Earth probably because they did recover a craft in 1947. Everyone says that anybody who got that technology would instantly become the most powerful nation on Earth. I suspect that is what happened, and America thought they were invincible when they recovered that technology.
"We can't prove all that; the Roswell incident you can prove circumstantially, but in terms of can we produce the definitive alien body? No. Can we give you the definitive piece or part of the crash? No."
"We're calling for transparency. In the end, you're not going to get 70 years of secret government special access programs the Americans have been involved in. They're not going to volunteer all that. There is one case where ICER feels there is credibility that secret programs exist.
"But now at least recognise these things are flying around, we don't know what they are, they can come and go with impunity, and let's now throw everything on a global basis for a common aim."
Gary McKinnon was a Scottish hacker who broke into the US military computer system. America tried to extradite him, but the then-prime minister, Theresa May, prevented it. In an BBC interview, McKinnon discussed how he was looking for UFO-related information and saw a picture of a craft:
"This thing was hanging in space, the Earth's hemisphere visible below it, and no rivets, no seams, none of the stuff associated with normal man-made manufacturing."Heseltine thinks the McKinnon case is revealing, adding:
"You could argue they are just doing their job as he broke the law, or did they really want to protect some of the things he said he saw and spoke about?Another telltale sign for Heseltine is the British government's closure of its UFO desk in 2009. He explains:
"If it went to trial, a lot of top UFO scientists and researchers would have helped him, and it would have opened up in a public court this wider issue of UFOs, and at that time the Americans certainly didn't want to talk about [it].
"Right now, there is no corroboration as it's one man's account and he can't produce the evidence of what he said he saw."
"The design of that was to make the collection and collation of material in the UK nigh on impossible and it worked. You cannot get any accurate figures for how many cases are seen in the UK."ICER wants all that to stop, for everything to be documented, and for the notion of aliens to be introduced into the mainstream. They are in the process of building a body of work they hope will gain them special consultative status at the United Nations. Heseltine urges:
"Let's have an adult discussion, sit round the table and talk about this from a one world approach. This is not an American, Russian, or Chinese problem, it's a world issue and we should look at it as one global race, the human race. But then that begs the question: if we are of a lesser intelligence then why bother to try to connect with us?
"And if it turns out that we're just ants in the playground and we're very primitive, which I suspect we are, then why should ET talk to an ant? When we go to the playground and look down, we don't talk to ants, do we? We think we're sophisticated and they can't understand us. What if we're the ants in this global network of civilisations?"
Heseltine's theory is that Earth is a great place for a holiday if you're an alien.
"We send probes out into the solar system and beyond, we're only doing what they've done, but they've done it quicker as they are millions of years ahead of us.ICER had eagerly anticipated the US government's Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) report, which was billed as opening up the American archives and revealing all of what's been kept secret since Roswell.
"People ask me, why do they come here? I don't know why they come here, but my pet theory is this planet in this part of the cosmic neighbourhood is a bit like an oasis in the desert because it's so full of water, rich in diverse life, I think we're a bit like the Great Barrier Reef.
"We go to places that are interesting, so if you were a space tourist, why wouldn't you come to Planet Earth and just observe the minions?"
The nine-page document was issued by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence on Friday, stating that between 2004 and 2021 there have been 144 cases of flying objects, but only one can be explained. That was judged to be a large, deflating balloon.
In the remaining cases, the American authorities stated they "lack sufficient information in our dataset to attribute incidents to specific explanations." And while, according to a senior US official, there were "no clear indications that there is any non-terrestrial explanation," they didn't specifically rule out the possibility.
Heseltine was involved in drafting ICER's official response to the report, which described the US government communication around these matters as a "sea change" and "long overdue."
The statement went on to say:
"ICER encourages that all relevant parties work together for the greater good of establishing the truth about these craft. ICER is confident that the more scientific research is undertaken, the data will ultimately confirm that Planet Earth is being engaged by extraterrestrial/non-human intelligences."Heseltine feels the report will create an unstoppable momentum that started with a New York Times article in 2017 showing video footage of crafts that had no resemblance to anything we know about. We could be reaching the point where UFOs and aliens are no longer science fiction.
Heseltine contends:
"The pressure is building, that dam will eventually shatter and collapse. We're not there yet, but I think in six months to a year's time, if the momentum gets building, then the dam will quickly break.
"That's when we're into what we call Big Disclosure; you'll know when it happens as it'll be 24/7 on every news channel like Covid.
"There will be implications psychologically for mankind to get their head around and some people will have a difficult time.
"Some will think we're going to be invaded like Independence Day. In reality there could be a lot of positives. What if they said, 'we have a cure for cancer?' What if we didn't have to use fossil fuels - they might have an anti-gravity machine and that would help the climate and planet?
"Everybody, whether it's scientists, academics, the man and woman on the street, everyone will say it's the most profound moment in human history."

OK, If we can't stand our own species, what makes you think some highly evolved species wants anything to do with them?
I do agree with this: As re this, Can't have an adult discussion when the world is filled with idiots and programmed generations of dumbed down fools.
We're all aware of the push for UFO/ET type stuff and that it might be the next fake fear porn promulgated by Team FUKUSraHell. That of course leads to 'let's all go to an NWO' sing Kumbaya and live on UBi, and this below makes me wonder if that NWO is sponsoring this group: That sounds like some not very great reset to me.

But Diana Pasulka raises an interesting conundrum. Experiencers, even at the same event, experience different things. At the miracle of the sun at Fatima, different people reported different things, with the 3 young women the only ones who could understand what the Lady of Fatima was saying. Everyone else heard a buzzing sound when she was speaking. Some saw The Lady. Others saw a blue wisp of smoke. And many saw a sun-like object spiraling into itself.
If you and I were standing in that dude's yard with him, might one of us have seen an entity, and another nothing at all?
Every type of bigotry, every type of racism, sexism, prejudice, every dogmatic ideology that allows people to kill other people with a clear conscience, every stupid cult, every superstition, written religion, every kind of ignorance in the world all results from not realizing that our perceptions are gambles.
We believe what we see and then we believe our interpretation of it, we don’t even know we are making an interpretation most of the time. We think that this is reality. In philosophy that is called naïve realism. “What I perceive is reality.” And philosophers have refuted naïve realism every century for the last twenty-five hundred years starting with Buddha & Plato, and yet most people still act on the basis of naive realism.
There's something unsettling or unnatural about the current state of the world - or the version of it I've been sold. I often feel like no one else feels that way. There are some that are pissed, and I run into those frequently enough. But I don't think enough people are disturbed by what we're being conditioned for by the media and government. Just gotta keep being good little consumers who don't ask too many questions or make any fuss. Unless you're one of the postmodern militia, then you can talk out your ass all day, loot, burn, attack people, and the D.A. won't charge you. At least not in the places the media covers.
I'm rambling now, but I have to remind myself that I'm choosing this reality on a regular basis and challenge whether what I'm choosing is serving my goals. If my goal is sense-making (truth seeking), I think I'm using the right tools and filters, but damn, veracity is hard to come by. There's no "ground news" anymore. And everyone has a profit motive. We'll never make it past the great filter if we can't get over this stage of capitalism-at-all-costs.

Given the difficulty with corroborating anything, it's a challenge to turn information into knowledge. This has been my struggle, as the C's say "Knowledge is power," but also "information is not knowledge," and reminding us when a question asked that it already has an answer available to us or that we can figure out, so as not to spoon-feed us and make us dependent upon a consciousness that, let's be honest, we have to remain skeptical about.
It seems we're in another period where knowledge is being hoarded for selfish purposes. And as I sit here ruminating on it, the absurdity of the geopolitical order with the technology and eons of philosophy we have to guide us, we're still a capitalism-at-all-costs civilization - The "Me First" Civilization or the Zero Sum Civilization. Even SJWs and BLMs and similar groups aren't looking for equality. They aren't trying to raise everyone up. They've decided that's too hard, so role-reversal is their goal now. "Kill whitey and subjugate him because turnabout is fair play" with no hint of irony. Stomp on your allies because you're possessed of an ideology and can't face the damage you've done if you're wrong.
The Devils goal is not for us to like him, since he despises us.His main goal is to convince us that God the creator is not real. He knows the book well, but he's a vain angel. We are in the right period for him to make his push, and they are pushing, faster than ever before, but not as careful as he's moved throughout history. We live in a time, these last 10 years, where everything is being exposed (not hoarded) and nothing is being done about it, except the push to censor, so they can cover up the slip ups and deny the past on a techincallities. It's not by accident, it's by design.
Fear not, there is hope. The safest place to be is with GOD, right now, not some shelter or living in the boonies. Along the way, we have Sottites to ease our burden and help us stay the coarse of our beliefs.
There is only us, only those who have the capacity to reason and to see; what we now do with that is crucial.
Stop expecting or hoping that the rest will wake up - they won’t - they will always be followers; they do not have a role in this but we do. Supporting the awake is what matters now - the doctors, the lawyers, the Mike Lindells, Bobby Kennedy, Reiner Fullmich et al.

Our first written knowledge on the subject including the hows and whys of a great flood were found on the cuneiform tablets from ancient Mesopotamia. Far preceding the the Hebrew texts. The Sumerians write about their first hand accounts of beings (gods) from the sky as well as who and what they are. The god with a little g named Yahweh was a reduction of those many gods into the monotheistic Yahweh. A tragedy because it turned the divine supreme being into a petulant spoiled jealous and warring child.
The texts found in Nag Hamadi Egypt also speak of this.
The apocalypse (great revealing) is now. Fasten your seat belts because their time is short and they will do anything to regain submission. They lose as the divine feminine returns and as previously stated balance is restored.
A message was passed to many thousands a couple of years ago that when Regulus is on the horizon before the Sphinx in Egypt order is restored. This happens on Sept 23 2026. We shall see. . . We have entered the climax of the story.
We are all in this together. Do not be deceived. Believe nothing I say you must find out the truth for yourself.
You are eternal much to the consternation of those who would have you believe otherwise. It is so much easier to create fear and control if they believe they are mortal. The prison doors are open it is the choice of man to stay in or step out.
To know thyself is the beggining of all wisdom. You are not your body.

"In January 1970, the school board of Cranbrook, British Columbia, as well as Calgary, Alberta, removed the Flowers for Algernon novel from the local age 14–15 curriculum and the school library, after a parent complained that it was "filthy and immoral". The president of the British Columbia Teachers' Federation criticised the action. Flowers for Algernon was part of the British Columbia Department of Education list of approved books for grade nine and was recommended by the British Columbia Secondary Association of Teachers of English. A month later, the board reconsidered and returned the book to the library; they did not, however, lift its ban from the curriculum."

Now when you read religion, you learn that early religion had lots of gods and some religions had one. But they all shared about the coming and goings of Angels, gods and demigods. For anyony to sit here today and say with a straight face, that was there imagination or that is how they thought about the world...Fuck Off, please don't think or guesstimate about our ancestors stories. They wrote about angels, demons, giants, demigods (nephlim), gods (fallen angels) becasue that is what they saw and experienced. Does everyone believe they went away? Couldn't a truer history be that these aliens they want us to belive in are things from the past that never faded away, like they want us to belive? Just saying.
That being said, the Quran tells us that 'beings made from smokeless fire' were crated by Allah before mankind came to be, but these beings are a vicious race and have names like the Jinn and the Archons. Also if you read Enoch you will discover many races exist to serve God.
One part of me wants to be left alone and another part of me thinks it's time for a global smack in the head to get life back on track.
'beings made from smokeless fire' were crated by Allah before mankind came to be, but these beings are a vicious race and have names like the Jinn and the Archons. Also if you read Enoch you will discover many races exist to serve God.
but I have heard that Islam has entities that were called archangels, demons, Satan, et al. Thanks! Didn't know the details though.

In Quranic text a group of them protested the creation of a being made of clay (synonymous to carbon?) while they are made of "smokeless fire" (plasma beings?). This group is now collectively known as the shayateen, one being a shaytaan. The shayateen vowed to destroy the human race. Interestingly the Quran states that there are shayateen amongs Djinn-kind and human-kind. One big club (secret society?) working together to the destruction (corruption?) of the human race..
We have forgotten who we are. The archons have tried so hard to eradicate memory but have failed. It shows up (memory ) in those who allow it by transcending the material. It gets even more profound for each unit of consciousness/spirit when one finally commits to forgetting every thing they thought they knew. The Gopel of Thomas spells out to the initiate all this but that is just one document among many that has been bestowed for those who seek the eternal questions. Have an awesome day Parcival. Appreciate your insight thank you.

There is always a certain amount of whining and remorse as one enters the theater to see the movie called Reality.
“Is this a good idea?” “Why did I buy the ticket?”
But you can already feel a merging sensation. The electromagnetic fields humming in the theater, even before the movie starts, are drawing you in.
Your perception of x dimensions is narrowing down to three.
You take your seat. You look at the note you've written to yourself, and you read it again:
“Don't forget where you came from. Don't forget this is just a movie. Don't fall asleep. The serial time in the movie is an artifact. The binding feeling of sentimental sympathy is a trance-induction. It's the glue that holds the movie fixed in your mind.”
“The movie will induce nostalgia for a past that doesn't exist. Don't surrender to it.”
“You're here to find out why the movie has power.”
“You want to undergo the experience without being trapped in it.”
“The content of the movie will distract you from the fact that it is a construct.”
The lights dim.
On the big screen, against a gray background, the large blue word REALITY slowly forms.
Suddenly, you're looking at a huge pasture filled with flowers. The sky is a shocking blue. You can feel a breeze on your arms and face.
You think, “This is a hypnotic weapon.”
Now, the pasture fades away and you're standing on an empty city street at night. It's drizzling. You hear sirens in the distance. A disheveled beggar approaches you and holds out his trembling hand.
He waits, then moves on.
You look at the wet shining pavement and snap your fingers, to change it into a lawn. Nothing happens.
You're shocked.
You wave your hand at a building. It doesn't disappear.
Incredible.
You reach into your pocket and feel a wallet. You walk over to a streetlight and open it. There's your picture on a plastic ID card. Your name is under the picture, followed by a number code. On the reverse side of the card, below a plastic strip, is a thumbprint.
There are other cards in the wallet, and a small amount of paper money. You look at the ID card again. There's an address.
Though it seems impossible, you remember the address. In your mind’s eye, you see a small cottage at the edge of an industrial town. There's a pickup parked in the driveway.
It's your truck. You know it. But how can that be?
You walk toward larger buildings in the distance.
Three men in uniforms turn a corner and come up to you. Behind them emerges a short man in a business suit. He nods at you and holds out his hand.
You know what he wants. You pull out your wallet and give it to him. He looks at the ID card, at you, at the card again.
“You were reported missing,” he says.
“Missing from what?” you say.
“Your home. Your job. What are doing here? Are you all right?”
“I'm fine,” you say. “I was...taking a short trip. I'm just out for some air.”
“In this part of the city?” he says. “That's not smart. We'll take you home. Our car is right over there.”
One car sits on a side street. In large red letters printed on the trunk is the word Concern.
You walk with the men to the car.
Waves you've never felt before are emanating from it.
Mentally, you try to back up from them. You feel a haze settle over you.
In the haze dance little creatures.
You look at the short man in the suit. He's smiling at you.
Suddenly, his smile is transcendent. It's so reassuring, tears fill your eyes.
You're thinking, “They built this so I would be lost, and then they found me. I'm supposed to be rescued. I've never experienced being rescued before. I never knew what it meant.”
You hear faint music.
It grows louder. As you near the car, you realize you're listening to a chorus and an orchestra. The rising theme is Victory.
One of the uniformed men opens the car door.
You nod at him.
“My pleasure, sir,” he says.
The music fades away.
The scene shifts.
You're standing next to the pickup in your driveway alongside your cottage.
You're home.
Think, you tell yourself. What's going on?
Now, as you walk into your cottage and instantly remember the rooms and the objects in these rooms, the sensation of Familiarity, slightly out of phase, grows stronger.
You realize you're supposed to feel tremendous relief. This is what's expected of you.
It's expected of everyone. They live with one another through the touchstone of the Familiar. They share it like bread.
They keep coming back to it. The Familiar is a sacrament.
It's built in. It's invented through...it's stamped on every object in this space...
…In order to suggest you've been here before. To suggest you belong here.
You see pure space that...
Has been placed here. For you.
And at that moment, there is a small explosion behind your head.
And you're sitting in the theater again.
The movie is playing on the screen. All around you, in the seats, people are sitting with their eyes closed.
You feel a tap on your shoulder. You turn. It's an usher.
“Sir,” he says. “Please follow me.”
He leads you up the aisle into the lobby, which is empty.
An office door opens and a young woman steps out. She strides briskly over to you.
“You woke up and came back,” she says. She gives you a tight smile. “So we're refunding your money. It's our policy.”
She drops a check in your hand.
“What happened in there?” you say. “What happened?”
She shrugs.
“Only you would know that. You must have done something to interrupt the transmission.”
“And the rest of those people?”
She looks at her watch. “They're probably into their second year by now. The second year is typically a time of conflict. They rebel. Well, some of them do. They rearrange systems. They replace leaders. They promote new ideals.”
“I had such a strong feeling I'd been there before.”
She smiles. “Apparently it wasn't strong enough. You're back here.”
“How do you do it?” you say.
“I'm sorry,” she says. “That's proprietary information. Did you meet your family?”
“No,” you say. “But I was in a cottage. It was...home.”
She nods.
“If you hadn't escaped, you would have been subjected to much stronger bioelectric bonding pulses. Do you have a family here?”
You start to answer and realize you don't know.
She looks into your eyes.
“Go out to the street,” she says. “Walk around. Take a nice long walk for an hour. You'll reorient. It'll come back to you.”
“Why do you do it?” you say.
“Do what?”
“Sell this trip.”
“Oh,” she says. “Why does a travel agent book a vacation for a client? We're in that business.”
You turn toward the exit. The sun is shining outside. People are walking past the doors.
You take a deep breath and leave the theater.
The street is surging with crowds. The noise is thunderous.
You notice you're carrying a rolled up sheet of paper in your hand.
You open it.
It's a non-disclosure agreement.
“If you return from your movie experience, you will not reveal or discuss, under penalty of law, anything about its nature, substance, or duration...”
You look at the sheet of paper, make up your mind, and it bursts into flames.

For ants we've an inch long bastard called the 'Bull Ant'. It is like a hornet's sting. If I get hit by one I seek out their nest and ruin their day. Stomping on them only makes them more aggressive, but a good dose of petrol will kill them.
My feeling (and I bet it's true) is that things that survive in deserts/dry locations get super potent or such (like creosote, or Gila monsters, etc.) and that Australia's had them going for even longer than the USA's Great Southwestern Desert ever has and surely longer than this sandbar that I live on.
Thanks. Hope all goes well down there - keep up the good fight!

Plus, people have argued that they are what an "advanced race" looks like. Well, I don't want to be advanced. They sure are ugly.
Since Blue Book was in taters I've been waiting. Especially since Close Encounters graced the screen.
American Cosmic does a fine job of breaking down the current religiosity of mainstream phenomenology. Personally, I'm working to break down self-imposed barriers to my awareness of the moment. But fear is holding me back. I'm missing too much knowledge. And of all the close encounters I've read about where people speak to the NHI, no one ever asks "what are you?" or "what are humans?"
I think Whitley Strieber almost has it figured out at this point (see The Super Natural by him and Jeff Kripal). And maybe he's got it all figured out but is reluctant to put it into words because each event seems to be tailored to the observer.
