An invasive species of mosquito from East Asia is slowly spreading throughout Italy and could serve as a vector for viruses, according to a new scientific report.

An article in the Parasites & Vectors scientific journal last week claimed to have evidence that the concerning mosquitos, known as Aedes koreicus, have been expanding toward southwest Italy since being discovered in the north in 2011.

I'm sure you're familiar with the old adage that "you are what you eat." Well, here's a similarly important observation that you probably weren't told as a child: you are what you read. Or, to put it in terms that the "Netflix and chill" generation can understand: you are what you watch.

This should be a pretty obvious insight. Why do you think one of Jeff Bezos' first moves in his quest to become the real-life embodiment of a comic book supervillain was to buy The Washington Post? It's sometimes said that money is power, but Bezos' purchase of WaPo shows that owning a major press outlet is a way to leverage that power and stretch those dollars even further. Indeed, as I observed in How to Save the World (in One Easy Step!), narrative — the ability to shape people's understanding of the world through story — is the most powerful weapon in the world. It should go without saying that owning a major media entity is the most effective way of wielding that weapon.

I say "it should go without saying" because the history of mass media is the history of rich and powerful people trying to shape entire nations' understanding of the world. But, as usual, this is the type of history that is not taught in schools, so it's entirely possible that this observation in fact does not go without saying.

So today let's examine the story of some of the early media moguls and the effect that their control of the press had in shaping the history of the world in the 20th century.

Google is waging a war against skeptics because skeptics have the truth on their side and they win debates too easily. How do we know? There are plenty of wrong people on the internet, and acres of misinformation, but Google is happy to feed those creators. The Flat Earthers are not spreading fast on Youtube, they're not attracting millions of views. But no one needs to cut off their money supply because their arguments aren't persuasive. To stop those ideas from running amok, the world only needs free speech.

Google announces: ...a new monetization policy for Google advertisers, publishers and YouTube creators that will prohibit ads for, and monetization of, content that contradicts well-established scientific consensus around the existence and causes of climate change. This includes content referring to climate change as a hoax or a scam, claims denying that long-term trends show the global climate is warming, and claims denying that greenhouse gas emissions or human activity contribute to climate change.

For content creators who were relying on Youtube adverts, losing the monetization could kill the business, it's a cruel blow. Google's behaviour is grossly unfair and deceptive. It sold itself as a "platform" deceived people into watching and sharing their creative talents, and on November 1 could wipe them out. But good talent can still find a way — not only are there other, better video homes, but it's so much better to get a business model that doesn't feed or rely on Google. My advice would be to connect with your audience, set up a blog or a website, and ask for help and donations. Use Youtube while you still can, to set up a list.

All of those freedoms we cherish — the ones enshrined in the Constitution, the ones that affirm our right to free speech and assembly, due process, privacy, bodily integrity, the right to not have police seize our property without a warrant, or search and detain us without probable cause — amount to nothing when the government and its agents are allowed to disregard those prohibitions on government overreach at will.

This is the grim reality of life in the American police state.

In fact, in the face of the government's ongoing power grabs, our so-called rights have been reduced to mere technicalities, privileges that can be granted and taken away, all with the general blessing of the courts.

This is what one would call a slow death by a thousand cuts, only it's the Constitution being inexorably bled to death by the very institution (the judicial branch of government) that is supposed to be protecting it (and us) from government abuse.

Court pundits, fixated on a handful of politically charged cases before the U.S. Supreme Court this term dealing with abortion, gun rights and COVID-19 mandates, have failed to recognize that the Supreme Court — and the courts in general — sold us out long ago.

With each passing day, it becomes increasingly clear that Americans can no longer rely on the courts to "take the government off the backs of the people," in the words of Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas. When presented with an opportunity to loosen the government's noose that keeps getting cinched tighter and tighter around the necks of the American people, what does our current Supreme Court usually do?

It ducks. Prevaricates. Remains silent. Speaks to the narrowest possible concern.

More often than not, it gives the government and its corporate sponsors the benefit of the doubt, seemingly more concerned with establishing order and protecting government interests than with upholding the rights of the people enshrined in the U.S. Constitution.

Rarely do the concerns of the populace prevail.

Every so often, the justices toss a bone to those who fear they have abdicated their allegiance to the Constitution. Too often, however, the Supreme Court tends to march in lockstep with the police state.

As a result, the police and other government agents have been generally empowered to probe, poke, pinch, taser, search, seize, strip and generally manhandle anyone they see fit in almost any circumstance.

Some of of you have probably seen and listened to the speech given by the character V in the wonderfully inspirational movie, V For Vendetta - which bears re-watching if you haven't lately and is a must-view if you've never seen it at all.

The speech - given over government-censored airwaves pirated by the character, V - talks about how people gave in to fear - of sickness, ironically enough. And turned over power to an authoritarian government - or rather, submitted to it - out of desperation for a return to some semblance of calm and normalcy.

One of the specific things V touched on was the perfectly natural desire most of us have for the familiar things, the everyday routines and places - and how this can be used against us by psychopathic political types to leverage our submission. No one wants to put their life's work in jeopardy, much less their family's security. People cherish their friends and community; they love their homes.


It is very difficult to say good-by to these things.

But sometimes, it is the only thing to do.

As of Sept. 27, the West Nile Virus has killed 10 people this month according to a report by the Arizona Department of Health Services.

The majority of the deaths occurred in Maricopa County, with the first person dying at the beginning of September, according to ADHS public information officer Tom Herrmann.

Up until August 1, there were zero to three newcases reported each week in Arizona, according to ADHS data. Confirmed cases doubled from two to four in the first week of August, peaking at 24 to 25 per week in late August and early September.

Herrmann said there can be a delay in cases showing up in ADHS's data because of the time required for them to be reported and investigated. Someone who gets sick might take a week before testing and results take another two to three days before getting reported. Then it may take ADHS anywhere from a few to days to as long as two weeks before the case is counted because medical records are reviewed and tests confirmed if necessary.

Back in 2010 some 700 children were enrolled in a trial to control head lice in two schools in Canberra. The most lice infected school not only gave Ivermectin doses to 93% of all the children, but sent the drug home for their brothers and sisters too. The exact details are behind a paywall, but similar trials like this use oral doses of 200 micrograms per kilogram, which is, as it happens, the same dose the FLCCC recommends for adults to use for prevention against Covid.

At the end of the school trial, six months later, lice infestations were down by 87% and "No adverse events were reported. "

But wait, what about all the diarrhea, vomiting, seizures and coma that may have befallen all these poor children? Who would be so reckless as to hand out this drug hither-thither with just a "fact sheet"?!

What does it do to your body?

We know very little about what the drug does to humans, and the little we do know mostly comes from its use in animals.

Who were these fools, ignorant of 3.8 billion doses of ivermectin given to humans, plus a Nobel Prize, and the title "wonder drug"? They were Doctors of Pharmacology: Associate Nial Wheate, Professor Andrew McLachlan and Slade Matthews from the University of Sydney. Researchers who apparently slavishly adopt FDA twitter campaigns, but don't even know how to look up Wikipedia?

Eugenics

Race selection is not a new concept. 2,500 years ago, Plato was already advocating for selective breeding¹. One of the legacies of Darwin's erroneous theory was the re-emergence of eugenics in the late 19^th Century.² By the beginning of the 20^th century, eugenics policies were widely applied in the USA, Japan, several European countries, and, of course, Nazi Germany, whose eugenics programs were inspired by eugenics policies pursued in the USA.³

Generally these policies consisted in sterilizing "unfit" individuals, including representatives of "inferior races" and stimulating the reproduction of "fit" individuals, including representatives of "superior races".

The revelations about the atrocities committed by the Nazis during WW2 didn't stop eugenics programs. Documented forced sterilization was still practiced during the 21^st century in places like California⁴, Spain⁵ and Peru.⁶

At the beginning of this year I wrote about how the governments of the world had created a collective state of hysteria so intense that the only way they could dig themselves out of the hole they had made was with a magic bullet. That magic bullet was, of course, the vaccines. I wrote that it didn't really matter how effective the vaccines were in the real world, or whether they prevented transmission. All that mattered was getting every single person on the planet to take the vaccine, after which the politicians would be able to declare victory.

It's now eight months later, and we can conclude that the prediction has come to pass. In many western countries, 70+ percent of the adult population is now vaccinated. In the early part of this year, hospitalizations and deaths started to drop, and they stayed low all summer. The convenient explanation at the time was that this was thanks to the vaccines, even though the drop started at a time when very few people were vaccinated - the reduction was clearly driven by something else. My guess is that it was due to the onset of herd immunity to the original covid strain. The decline was halted temporarily due to the arrival of the more infectious alpha strain (which raised the herd immunity threshold due to its higher infectiousness), but was quickly followed by a continued trend downwards as the population reached herd immunity even to that more infectious strain. This was helped in part, perhaps, by the vaccines, and then helped even more by the arrival of summer and the effect of seasonality.

As autumn has come along, cases and deaths have started to rise again in many places, in part due to the seasonal effect, and in part, likely, due to the arrival of the even more infectious delta variant (which raises the herd immunity threshold even further). In the official narrative, the increase in cases and deaths is blamed on the unvaccinated, who are supposedly driving the development of vaccine resistant variants. It's true that the unvaccinated are more likely to end up in hospital with covid than the vaccinated - the vaccine does offer protection against covid, after all. But it isn't true that the unvaccinated are driving vaccine resistance.

It seems that the doctors and "experts" who appear on tv and who drive public policy have completely forgotten how evolution works. Let's take bacteria as an analogy. Bacteria develop resistance to antibiotics when we use antibiotics too generously. Indiscriminate use of antibiotics puts evolutionary pressure on bacteria to develop resistance, since that's the only way they can survive in the antibiotic saturated environment. Yet, now, we are supposed to believe that the opposite is true for viruses - they apparently develop resistance when we underuse vaccines! We're suddenly supposed to believe that up is down and down is up.
