Dudley Do-Wrong: Partnership Africa Canada (PAC) is camouflage for Soros-funded war against Russian diamonds, African miners

Dudley Do-Right & George Soros

Canadian governments are often portrayed as Dudley Do-Right, a caricature member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in the 1960s television cartoon series, who was always trying to do good; never caught the villain, never got satisfaction from the girl. That was because Dudley had less brains than his horse, who did better with the girl. Since Dudley, er Justin Trudeau became prime minister of Canada a year ago, the PR gap between the caricature and the prime minister has widened; the IQ gap has contracted; the distance to the villain and the girl has stayed the same.

The villain in the new Dudley Do-Right cartoon on Canadian policy is Russia. Canadian special forces are fighting Russia on both the Ukraine and Syria war fronts. Canada has given Kiev C$400 million (US$305 million) to pay the Ukrainian army, backed by most Canadian non-government organizations (NGOs) insisting they are on Do-Right's side. One in particular, Partnership Africa Canada (PAC) of Ottawa, the Canadian capital, leads the charge against diamonds, gold and other mineral developers, many of them Russian, who compete or threaten Canadian mining interests. PAC, it turns out, is a weapon of commercial and economic warfare. Financially, it belongs to the US State Department and US investors, George Soros and Pierre Omidyar.

Canada is the largest mining investor in the African continent's mineral resources. According to Yves Engler, a leading Canadian critic of Canadian policy, Canadian companies control about half of all foreign mining projects in 35 African countries, worth about C$31 billion. Canadian government policy, Engler reports, "is synonymous with the interests of [Canadian] mining companies."

Why the 'elites' hate Russia

Russian fountain
In our previous article The Secret Truth about Russia Exposed, we elaborated on how Russia is a convenient enemy for politicians and specifically the Democratic party, to create an enemy that really, well - doesn't exist to distract and confuse voters. But like with any 'enemy' if you bomb a village, you may have some pissed off villagers. As we explain in our best selling book Splitting Pennies - the world doesn't work the way you see on TV - in fact, it works more closely as seen on Zero Hedge. Although Russia simply is just a country in the wrong place at the wrong time (which, throughout Russian history, seems to be a theme for them) - there really is a reason the Elite hate Russia. It's not because they're Xenophobic, although there's that too - it's because of several key factors that make Russia a unique power in the world, compared to similar countries.

1. Russia is an independent country. It's not possible to manipulate Russia via external remote control, like it is most countries. The Elite don't like that! Russia kicked out Soros "Open Society":
Russia has banned a pro-democracy charity founded by hedge fund billionaire George Soros, saying the organization posed a threat to both state security and the Russian constitution. In a statement released Monday morning, Russia's General Prosecutor's Office said two branches of Soros' charity network — the Open Society Foundations (OSF) and the Open Society Institute (OSI) — would be placed on a "stop list" of foreign non-governmental organizations whose activities have been deemed "undesirable" by the Russian state.

Time to say goodbye: The crisis of the European Union is irreversible

EU flag and protesters
According to a well-known Italian Research Centre, from 2003 to 2014 the European single currency cost an 11% GDP reduction throughout the Eurozone and 18 million additional unemployed people.

Conversely, as a result of the Maastricht agreement only, throughout the Eurozone we have lost 8 million jobs and an additional 5% of Gross Domestic Product, owing to the obligation to eliminate deficit and cut investment.

Furthermore, the report of said Research Centre shows that, again in late 2014, the average EU unemployment rate was approximately 11.6%.

FBI director James Comey was told by top Justice Department officials not to make any public statement about renewing the investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server, because it violated DOJ policy on commenting on ongoing investigations, various national news outlets reported Saturday.

"Director Comey understood our position. He heard it from Justice leadership," the Washington Post's source said. "It was conveyed to the FBI, and Comey made an independent decision to alert the Hill. He is operating independently of the Justice Department. And he knows it."

Attorney General Loretta Lynch told Comey not to break DOJ policy—laid out in federal prosecutor guidelines—of not commenting on open investigations or making any statement potentially influencing election outcomes, the New Yorker's Jane Mayer reported, also citing DOJ sources.

The Council of the EU has announced its decision to sign the free trade agreement with Canada (CETA), as well as to request the consent of the EU parliament to conclude the agreement, it said in a statement.

The Council's decision also involves provisional application of the agreement, says the statement published on the EU body's official website.

The Council members representing the EU member states also adopted a joint interpretative instrument that will provide "a binding interpretation of CETA´s terms on specific issues."

"I am delighted to confirm that the EU is ready to sign the comprehensive economic and trade agreement with Canada. It represents a milestone in the EU's trade policy and our commitment to it," said Robert Fico, Prime Minister of Slovakia, which currently holds the rotating EU Council presidency.

Comment: The people have no vote on this agreement nor are allowed to see what is being agreed to. The trade deal still has some hurdles to overcome.

Killary campaign left scrambling as FBI Email investigation re-opened

Don't put away the orange pantsuit just yet Hillary!
Everything was looking up for Hillary Clinton. She was riding high in the polls, even seeing an improvement on trustworthiness. She was sitting on $153 million in cash. At 12:37 p.m. Friday, her aides announced that she planned to campaign in Arizona, a state that a Democratic presidential candidate has carried only once since 1948.

Twenty minutes later, October delivered its latest big surprise.

The F.B.I. director's disclosure to Congress that agents would be reviewing a new trove of emails that appeared pertinent to its investigation into Mrs. Clinton's private email server — an investigation that had been declared closed — set off a frantic and alarmed scramble inside Mrs. Clinton's campaign and among her Democratic allies, while Republicans raced to seize the advantage.

Assad aide concerned US may 'navigate & direct' ISIS terrorists from Mosul into Syria

The way the US-led coalition is conducting its Mosul siege suggests Washington might be planning to "navigate" Islamic State terrorists into Syria in accordance with its longstanding strategy for the region, President Assad's media adviser told RT.

Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) terrorists potentially fleeing from Mosul into Syria would become a "huge danger to our sovereignty, to our country," Dr. Bouthaina Shaaban said.

"Russia and Syria are looking at this issue extremely seriously. We're not going to sit and watch... The way they encircle Mosul shows they would like these terrorists to move into to Syria...," Shaaban told RT.

"They're navigating terrorism from one place to another, limiting terrorism in one place, directing it to another place. That's the absolute truth of what is happening in our region," she explained.

A brief history of US Navy false flag events

US Navy False Flags
© Steemit
As you may have read at the time, the US entered the war in Yemen earlier this month with a volley of cruise missiles that destroyed three radar sites in Houthi-controlled territory of the embattled state. The reason given for these strikes? Self-defense, of course. As Obama explained in a letter to Congress on October 14th:
"I directed these strikes in response to anti-ship cruise missile launches perpetrated by Houthi insurgents that threatened U.S. Navy warships in the international waters of the Red Sea on October 9 and October 12. The targeted radar facilities were involved in the October 9 launches and other recent attacks. These limited and proportionate strikes were conducted to protect our personnel and our ships and will preserve our freedom of navigation in this important maritime passageway. The United States stands ready to take action in self-defense, as necessary and appropriate, to address further threats."
In other words a trio of poor, innocent US peace boats came under a vicious surprise attack as they were peacefully minding their own business on a peace mission spreading peace and love in the Red Sea, and were forced against their will into fighting back...or something like that.
Yemen War
© Risk Intelligence, Conflict News, Reuters
To be clear, this incident is by no means the first example of US involvement in the conflict between Saudi Arabia and the Houthi rebels in Yemen. Recently revealed documents show that the US government's own lawyers worried that a $1.3 billion arms sale to the Saudis last year would make the US co-belligerents in the war and thus legally responsible for Saudi war crimes in the bloody conflict. In fact, rumors of much deeper American involvement in the war, far beyond the mere logistical support they have supposedly been giving the Saudi Air Force, have been floating around the independent media since the conflict began.

But to actually begin firing on Houthi targets in Yemen with US weapons from US boats represents a worrying escalation. With the whole region on edge, another incident risks propelling the US into yet another bloody sectarian war in yet another dangerously unstable Middle Eastern nation.

Into this volatile mix came worrying news: the USS Mason had been attacked again on October 15th!

Forty mercenaries from Poland, along with up to 100 men from the ultra-nationalist Right Sector volunteer corps, have been spotted taking up positions between two and four km from the front lines in eastern Ukraine, according to Donetsk People's Republic defense spokesman Eduard Basurin.

Speaking to the Donetsk News Agency on Monday and citing DPR intelligence, Basurin said that the mercenaries and volunteer troops have occupied homes in the villages they're based in "despite the protests of local residents."

"Near the village of Shirokaya Balka, two km from the line of contact, two trucks arrived, carrying 40 Polish mercenaries," the military spokesman said. "In the area near the village of Verhnetoretskoe, four km from the front, the arrival of up to 100 personnel Right Sector volunteer corps has been observed," he added.

Proof no 'moderate rebels': US includes 10 Syrian rebel groups working with terrorists in truce list

Washington included two Syrian rebel groups working with Daesh and eight groups working with al-Nusra Front in a truce list, the Russian Permanent Mission to the United Nations' Geneva office said in a statement.

"Washington included two [Syrian rebel] groups that fight together with Daesh and 8 with al-Nusra Front in the list of the participants of the ceasefire regime in Syria sent to the Russian side. Moreover the inclusion of Ahrar ash-Sham and Nour al-Din al-Zenki cutthroats in this list completely discredites the American list," the mission said in a statement published by the Russian Foreign Ministry.

Moscow added that "it seems that the United States have not received any written obligations to respect the ceasefire from groups it controls."

"The United States has failed to fulfill its promise given in February to separate al-Nusra Front [terrorists] and moderate opposition despite the fact that Russia has been ready to provide Washington with its maps showing areas controlled by terrorists according to our data since March."
