The West's mainstream loves to loath Russia, anything related to Russia, and of course the Russian President Vladimir Putin. Where do these intense biases come from? And has anyone noticed that bad media coverage in the West only strengthens the resolve of the average Russian at home?

Am I the only one to notice several recent "Ark's Quantum Quirks" mocking some aspects of Russian life? At the very least, the current one is not funny. Not was the previous titled "Eggs alla [sic] russe".

This is a Polish joke - good one and well deserved, as it shows a moron being a president of Poland that jumps on speaker's chair in Japanese Parliament. Then Komorowski says to general Koziej, a member of president's Bureau for National Security (the one that is taking pictures!): "Come forward, shogun".

US govt issues logistics support tender for 300 military personnel in Ukraine

The US government has published a tender, saying it’s hiring services for the movement of equipment and approximately 300 US personnel in Ukraine, according to the Federal Business Opportunities website.

“The contractor shall provide all equipment, vehicles, and personnel necessary to provide ground transportation in accordance with the ordering clause,” the tender states.

Transportation will be required from 5 March until 31 October for about three return trips from Lvov International Airport to the International Peace Keeping and Security Center (IPSC) in Yavoriv.
