What a load of bull. Getting vaccinated is exactly what you need to do to raise your chances of living a 'miserable illness' - one which will most likely be far worst that a simple flu (ie. neurological damage etc).
A good diet is really the basis of a good immune system.
Bullshit. Regular use of Elderberries---extract, tincture syrup, etc---will disable ANY strain of Flu, and SARS.
