Description: Listen to Interview With Witness (MP3 - About 20 Minutes Duration)
The witness reported his sighting about 36 hours after it occurred. He called UFOS Northwest after reporting the sighting to a police officer (his nephew who works for the Long Beach, California Police Department). He stated that he was hauling cars that he picked from a car auction held at Denver, Colorado. He was hauling 9 cars and would be delivering to dealerships in Vaughn, NM; Alamogordo, NM and El Paso, TX. He had just delivered 3 cars to a dealer in Vaughn. About one hour after leaving Vaughn he stopped at a "turn off" to check his load. At that point he felt a tingling sensation on his arms and felt his "hair stand up." He looked up and a very large black triangle blotting out the stars. At once his truck stalled (it had been idling), all of the truck lights went off, and his flashlight went dead. He went to retrieve another flashlight from the truck and it would not work. The light on his wrist watch would not work. At that point the object kept slowly approaching him from the southeast. He went to pull off a car from the rear of the truck (he does this in emergencies and can drive a car to get help). The car's lights would not come on.

At that point the object started slowly retreating back to the southeast (where it came from). After a few minutes the lights all came back on the truck, his flashlight worked and the lights came on in the car to the rear of his load. (He had turned these on.)

He felt very frightened and wanted at once to depart the scene. Later he looked at a wind-up alarm clock in his sleeper. (He uses a wind-up alarm clock because he is a heavy sleeper and it makes more noise than the alarm on his wrist watch.) The clock on his truck was 13 minutes behind the wind up clock! His wrist watch was 13 minutes behind the alarm clock! The clocks on the cars were all 12 to 13 minutes slow! Apparently the presence of the object STOPPED ALL ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS!

Note: This is one of the most bizarre reports that I have ever received. The witness seems quite credible and at the advice of his nephew (a police officer) he reported his sighting. As can be heard on the tape the witness doesn't even believe that UFOS are extraterrestrial. He feels that the craft could have been a secret military craft. (The sighting occurred near White Sands Missile Range, Holloman Air Force Base). He may be right, but I for one would like to know what military craft will cause that "level of electrical interference". This is one for the book!
