And don't get me wrong, welfare is important and is used appropriately by many, but the way it's set up is all or nothing, so if you want to get off it, you have to find yourself a huge jump in income or suffer with the loss of a lot of money as soon as you cross the cutoff threshold. It needs to be tiered with incentives to get yourself off it.
Re Binger pointing the AR at the jury, with his finger on the trigger no less, I doubt he's capable of the subtlety you describe. Seems reasonable he wanted to shock and intimidate the jury, thus demonstrating (he hoped) how despicable the very act of Kyle having and using a gun for any purpose is. That's how such people think IMO, no deeper. And how stupid they think jurors and the rest of us are - as stupid as they are. Those higher in the hierarchy of the evil side are, of course, very, very smart.
1) Federal Reserve. (Obviously.);
2) The whole things like the Ford Foundation, and other trusts;
3) Even the existence of ANY corporations that exist longer than the life expectancy of their youngest founder.
4) (RC obligatory) Get rid of all malum prohibitum crimes.

I think it's far more problematic that a loud minority expect the jury to make examples and sacrificial decisions based on their feelings rather than facts. Personally, I find jury intimidation by such groups to be the lowest of the low. Not far off from actual lynching.
