If we make the assumption that travel over light year distances is possible by some means that we do not currently publicly know about, then the probability they visit is high. What we can say, if they do visit the Earth, that they are more technologically advanced than we are publicly aware as possible.
In this discussion, the question of communication is Paramount. How do they communicate, can we communicate with them? Is there universality in thought? Is telepathy universal?
The other question that arises with extra terrestrial visits to the Earth is what is their intent? Conquest, scientific study, monitoring our development, ensuring we don't blow up the planet earth, again we don't know the intent.
If we again take as theory that a God created our planet, our life forms on earth and man and woman then we can assume that there is a benevolent intent by God. In this view, God is not promoting war or conflict. God is promoting as Andrew said, benevolence, compassion, the understanding of a different sentient being with respect and honor even though different. The only earth society that succeeded was Tibetan.
Then the intent is the universal direction, not an endpoint. What is it? Consciousness and compassion.

What are the odds of two deep space age civilisations existing at the same time. light years apart and actually visiting each other?
Meanwhile science has no clue how "gravity" on Earth exists or how to negate it, they have no idea where the Moon came from, they have no idea how Mars got it two moons, or lost its water, they have no idea how many moons exist around Saturn or Jupiter, or whether those moons are "birthed" ...
Soothsayers, prophets and priests have always been revered but at no point in history have they ever "known" anything or been correct, I doubt if they are now either

And the reason of our existence is that we were created by those Aliens that pretend to be God created to a specific purpose that of mutual self destruction.So how do those Aliens look?
They don't.
What we see is a reflection of light, but if the light is not reflected you will see nothing.
These beings are nothing but pure living Energy, spirits if you will, demons if you must.
In fact they are dragons shape shifters because they do not have the constraints of a physical body.
