Meanwhile, the Russian military captured the Ukrainian military stronghold of Avdeevka outside the city of Donetsk, sending Western governments into deeper delirium about 'sending more billion$' and 'signing eternal security contracts' with the Kiev regime.

Their obsession with Russia is apparently an incurable condition!

re: russian space nukes

from various analyses I've read elsewhere, US Speaker of the House Johnson was going to re-table a vote on whether to reapprove or cancel section 702 (?) that authorizes US Govt. spying on US citizens. The **scare** of russian space nukes was then trotted out as "under section 702, we overheard a conversation somewhere between a US citizen and a foreigner that suggested that the russians maybe at some future nebulous unknown time might think about putting nukes in orbit to take out satellite communications. Be very afraid, and don't take section 702 away from us! See what great intel it provides!" Johnson canceled the vote on section 702 shortly thereafter. Spying will continue.

The US conducted an orbital nuclear detonation test in the 1950's. It took over 3 years for the resulting ions in orbit to stop degrading radio communications world-wide, at a time when the world did not depend on satellite communications. Using nukes in earth orbit is a spectacularly bad idea, and everyone knows this.

Shortly after all this, Russia scoffed at what a stupid idea it would be, and in an RT article (i believe) listed 4 other existing weapons systems that they currently have online that can remove offending satellites (without nukes), if they so chose to use them.
