On March 8, Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland commented on a recent Russian Ministry of Defense announcement it had obtained documents proving the existence of biological weapons programs in laboratories financed by the United States in Ukraine.
Sen. Marco Rubio: Does Ukraine have chemical or biological weapons?
Victoria Nuland: Ukraine has biological research facilities which, in fact, we're now quite concerned Russian troops, Russian forces may be seeking to gain control of, so we are working with the Ukrainians on how we can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces should they approach.
Sen. Marco Rubio: I'm sure you're aware that the Russian propaganda groups are already putting out there all kinds of information about how they have uncovered a plot by the Ukrainians to unleash biological weapons in the country, and with NATO's coordination. If there is a biological or chemical weapon incident or attack inside Ukraine, is there any doubt in your mind that 100% it would be the Russians behind it?
Victoria Nuland: There is no doubt in my mind, senator. And in fact, it is a classic Russian technique to blame the other guy for what they are planning to do themselves.
Until then, the US government and media outlets had dismissed evidence of biological research laboratories as Russian disinformation and QAnon conspiracy theory.
Despite Nuland's confirmation, Biden Administration officials continue to insist the claims are false.
White House spokesperson posted a lengthy Twitter thread calling the claims "preposterous" and "disinformation," however declining to address the comments made by Nuland.
Journalist Dilyana Gaytandzhieva has spent years investigating US-funded biological laboratories in Eastern Europe.
She spoke with MintPress News' Dan Cohen about her investigations into similar Pentagon-funded laboratories.
Gaytandzhieva's reports have proven that Pentagon-funded laboratories have conducted potentially lethal experiments on thousands of soldiers in Ukraine and Georgia.
"If this is not of concern, if these are just simple viruses and pathogens, why are US officials so worried," she wondered.
Gaytandzhieva reported in 2018 that the US embassy in Tbilisi, Georgia, was complicit in secretive military programs and that Pentagon scientists had transported "frozen human blood and pathogens as diplomatic cargo for a secret US military program."
These scientists were "given diplomatic immunity to research deadly diseases and biting insects at the Lugar Center - the Pentagon biolaboratory in Georgia's capital Tbilisi," she wrote.
Cohen and Gaytandzhieva also discussed censorship policies implemented in the European Union, and the recent pledge of Bulgarian Prime Minister Kiril Petkov's comments that Russia "looks like a Petrol station with rockets."
Despite Petkov's remarks, he has asked that the European Union exempt Bulgaria from sanctions on purchasing Russian gas and oil, which his country is totally reliant on.
Petkov also offered to send Bulgarian military equipment to Ukraine.
"After Bulgaria joined NATO, we were told to destroy everything so we would be totally reliant on NATO," Gaytandzhieva explained.

The US Navy had a biowarfare lab in Haiti, next door to the Dominican Republic, in which they developed a virus which would weaken the immune system. Haiti was chosen because test subjects were cheap, and the work could be concealed from the US public. They deliberately infected Haitian women with the virus and sent them to Angola in Africa, to become prostitutes to the Cuban troops which had gone there, fighting alongside the Communist insurgents against the Angolan Government, which the USA supported. Apartheid-era South African white troops were also fighting the Communists in Angola.
Then the scientists discovered that their test subjects were dying of a whole range of diseases, which were incurable for two reasons - because their immune systems were destroyed, and the retrovirus mutated very readily, which made the creation of a vaccine impossible.
Moreover, Haiti was a favorite destination for cruise ships originating in Miami or Fort Lauderdale, which had been chartered by gay organizations to carry 2,000 gay men on a Caribbean cruise. In Haiti these gay men, from all over the USA, could buy the sexual services of a strapping black man for $20, which would cost $200 back in the US. They became infected with the newly-created HIV, which they took home with them, and AIDS broke out everywhere simultaneously, from New York to San Francisco.
A fake story was put out about "A gay airline steward who had caught AIDS in Africa, and who traveled all over the USA infecting gay men wherever he went." That was total bullshit. AIDS originated in Haiti and was sent to Africa from there. You may have noticed that none of the other Caribbean islands ever had the devastating and widespread incidence of AIDS that occurred in Haiti.
When the psychopaths realized what they had done, they shut the lab down, destroyed all the evidence, and told their sick test subjects they would be taken to the US for treatment. They were put on a US Navy ship, locked away in strict isolation, and the crew was told they were infectious and being taken to the US for treatment. The crew never saw them. On the high seas at night, the sick Haitians were taken out of their cabins and thrown over the side. On arrival in Miami (or wherever,) the entire crew was sent ashore and told the Haitians would be transferred to hospitals while the crew was ashore. (No Haitians were on board - they were already feeding the sharks.)
The end result was tens of millions to a hundred million or more deaths around the world, and 560,000 deaths just alone here in the USA - more than all the deaths in World War Two, which killed only 528,000 American servicemen. Eventually, in the mid-1990s a drug cocktail was developed which suppressed HIV, and the virus also became less potent as it continued to mutate. Today, it is mostly under control, and few people die of AIDS any more. Too bad for the other 100,000,000 victims, though. Until a test was created to identify the antibodies to HIV in the blood, tens of thousands of people undergoing operations in hospital, or hemophiliacs, had received transfusions with infected blood products, and began to die. As soon as it was realized this was happening, the solution was to not accept donations of blood from gay men, but by then, before it was realized that AIDS existed, it was too late for all those thousands of non-gays who had received infected transfusions.
That is the truth about the origin of AIDS, which nobody knows, except now, you do. Please tell everyone you know, so they are aware of the type of Government that controls our lives, and the type of people it recruits to work for it.
