Whichever jackass at the National Gallery (or whoever paid this closet racist's fee) commissioned this Yoruba to paint the portrait of the President, deserves to be fired on the spot and to be blacklisted (pun intended) from ever working again.
The artist himself is welcome to go back to Africa, where black-on-black slavery still exists today in many countries. I imagine there are plenty of dictators in Africa who would appreciate his "work," so he could always go there and waste their canvas, instead of ours.
