I've had enough of someone else's propaganda. I'm for truth, no matter who tells it. I'm for justice, no matter who it's for or against. I'm a human being first and foremost, and as such I am for whoever and whatever benefits humanity as a whole.

On a side note, there's no such thing as an "amperage transformer" per se. Current (Ampรจres) is a necessary byproduct of voltage transformation (or vice versa): what stays constant is the product of Voltage and Current, that is "power" (less the inevitable losses in the form of heat). In this case the transformer in the substation likely steps down, for example from 230kV to 23kV with an attendant tenfold increase in current (Amperage).
The difference between amperage (power transformers) and voltage transformers was also explained to me. In the first case the coils are closer together while in the second case the coils are further apart.
