One person initially thought a car had crashed into her house. Others said the concussion shook windows and doors. Someone from Weston heard it too โ and another on Weston Mountain. One speculated about a massive crater nearby.
Comment: The American Meteor Society received 39 reports of this fireball. It was also seen in North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.
