Secret History
New finds were discovered in Göbeklitepe and Karahantepe. At around 12,000 years old, Göbekli Tepe is the world's oldest megalithic site - and it has a "sister site" called Karahantepe.
A recent discovery in the world's oldest religious sanctuary, Göbeklitepe, "Potbelly Hill" in Turkish, which is described as the "zero point of history" has revealed a painted wild boar statue.
The UNESCO World Heritage site of Göbeklitepe has changed the way historians and archaeologists think about the cradle of civilization. And there is so much more to be discovered.
A painted wild boar statue was discovered during ongoing excavations in Göbeklitepe. The artifact, which contained red, white, and black pigment residues on its surface, was the first painted sculpture found from its period to the present day.
As part of the Taş Tepeler project, which sheds light on prehistory and has seen highly significant discoveries on a global scale, the archaeological excavations carried out in 2023 in 9 different areas have recently led to the discovery of human and animal statues.
The Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism has released a written statement providing the following information:
In the D structure of Göbeklitepe, a life-sized wild boar sculpture made of limestone was discovered. The wild boar sculpture found in Göbeklitepe was situated on a pedestal adorned with decorations believed to include an H-shaped symbol, a crescent, two snakes, and three human faces or masks.
The Human Statue is One of the Most Impressive Examples of Prehistoric Art
One of the most realistic statue of the era was unearthed, standing at a height of 2.3 meters and featuring a lifelike facial expression.
This seated statue, which strongly evokes the image of a deceased human with emphasized rib, spinal, and shoulder bones, was discovered within a niche fixed to the ground.
In the same area where the sculpture was found, a vulture sculpture placed on the wall, and stone plates left on the ground were also uncovered.
Studies carried out in Şanlıurfa province in Turkey in recent years have enabled the determination of settlements indicating the existence of a different phase within the Pre-Pottery Neolithic period.
The region of these settlements is named "Taş Tepeler," literally meaning Stone Hills. Taş Tepeler is an Anatolian and Upper Mesopotamian region that held the oldest established settlements, spanning 200 kilometers from one end to the other.

The most likely symbolic meaning deduced from so many depictions of this type is it being a representation of an acute, reoccurring threat - hunger and death bringing starvation.
Fertility and starvation - now there's a double message!
And that I think is the point.
Because when you are in the business of replacing one ancient religion with another, at first you always have to start by incorporating elements of the old to give your new story gravitas and meaning - because the old beliefs are embedded in people's DNA and they wont get rid of it easily (ask the Christians and how they incorpoated so many elements of ancient Middle-Eastern and Northern pagan myths into their programming).
So what's the devious story going on here? Well...
Once upon a time there was a much adored, all powerful 'God' who solely possessed divine procreative power and who watched over his flock and kept them healthy and fed. But he has gone now. He's been driven from the scene. Conquered and overwhelmed, leaving behind but a memory and an abandoned flock. And all his fertility left behind has turned to ash - and starvation!
The same figure is represented in the new finds at Göbekli Tepe in the top picture. The original God - once beloved of the people - can be seen in the already long excavated vertical slab at the back with the hole in it. If you understand this figure properly you can see it as a once all powerful entity, the hole being its 'head' - which is too complicated an issue to go into here - with his arms and horns aloft in a show of divine grace and majesty. It is positioned directly North at the 12 o'clock position of Enclosure D. North was the most sacred position in all ancient myth - north was where the God once 'lived' in close proximity to his flock. North, where the still center of the universe still resides to this day (and why do you think Father Christmas comes from the North?). This represents the same figure as the one holding his penis. They are dual representations of the same concept of absolute grace and authority. However...
The new discoveries are the ferocious, implacable boar astride an 'alter' upon which at the front is the distinctive 'H' symbol, which is likely a further distilled, depersonalized symbolic form of this same precursor God but here being faced down and dominated by the new kid on the block; the cosmic Serpent. Along with the cosmic trickster, The Fox - The Serpent and The Boar were key power figures of a new religion. They are here showing their dominance over the old (and most likely represent distinct comets, rogue planets or other electrical cosmic forces of destruction that haunted the minds of the people of that time from terrifying first hand experience as they watched their world of harmony burn and disintegrate).
The old power let you down and abandoned you, this design declares. Now a new reality - based on raw power, fear and darkness - is running the show!
Down on your knees and give sacrifice! Preferably blood! Human blood of course! Otherwise you will join the likes of your previous god and the starvation he left in his wake as the new gods arrived and drove him from the field.
This mythos comes down to us today in the much, much, much later and completely manipulated/diluted story of how the Olympian Gods defeated their predecessors the Titans, and above all the fall from power of Chronos/Saturn.
Myth and the control of myth was after all, the political ideology of the times.
And Secret Societies have extremely long antecedents...
The massive catastrophe of the Younger Dryas destroyed the old order - bringing the end to the Golden Age.
For many millennia after the victorious comet gods patrolled the horizon and regularly revisited their destructive power down below... if the people didn't give their full obedience...
For the power of the comet gods rightfully left an utterly indelible terror and trauma mark on the survivors for countless generations.
Göbekli Tepe / Karahan Tepe and the like is where certain pathological types began the task of rearranging the belief systems of the survivors and engineering their minds into seeing the world in a completely different way.
Blood, power, sacrifice, obedience, control.
But above all - fear...
In their pomp, these places would have made the CIA's Jonestown look like a 3 year olds bedtime story.
But if you tell that to youngsters today... they won't believe you! They won't!
FWIW.
