Unvaccinated health care workers put vulnerable patients at risk of infection, like unvaccinated kids, older adults and those with weakened immune systems, the joint statement reads, citing already required vaccinations for the flu, hepatitis B and pertussis.
Groups like the American Medical Association, American Nurses Association, American Academy of Pediatrics and Association of American Medical Colleges signed off on the endorsement, said to
"protect the safety of patients and residents of long-term care facilities and make the health care sector a leader in COVID-19 vaccination just as cases, hospitalizations, and deaths are once again rising throughout the United States."However the mandate should exclude "a small minority" of workers who can't receive a vaccine due to medical reasons, the statement reads.
Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, vice provost for global initiatives at the University of Pennsylvania, who organized the statement in a release posted Monday:
"Health care workers have an ethical duty to put patients' health and well-being first, and getting vaccinated for COVID-19 is integral to that duty. Employer vaccine mandates are effective and lifesaving, and they are especially appropriate in health care and long-term care settings. No patient should have to worry that they could become infected by one of their care providers, and no provider should put their patient at risk."Health care workers were prioritized to receive COVID-19 vaccinations following the shots' emergency approvals last December, and federal data indicated a dramatic decline in infections among health care personnel by early February 2021. Over 500,000 infections and 1,661 virus-related deaths have occurred among health care personnel, according to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
However, one in four health workers had yet to receive a vaccine by the end of May, according to the American College of Physicians, which notes "If implemented, this mandate would cover 17 million health care workers."
The statement comes after the highly transmissible delta variant was said to account for over 83% of infections nationwide. Nearly 70% of adults have received at least one dose and 60% are fully vaccinated.

I feel like things are converging, that something truly aweful is about to happen as their web of lies starts to fall apart and their contradictions amass like a pile of pooh. It was never like this before, people are seeing it, yet they can't wrap their head around it. That's the thing, they are lost. We don't need them to see the light, they need to find it themselves. There is nothing we can do except pray for them, pray for us and hope the landing from this BS pile is soft. But it won't be a soft landing, the only way for them out of it is to create a worldly distraction, so they can further tighten the noose and show more of their evil agenda.

Sadly the majority of people that I know, family, friends, co-workers, are all vaccinated. I am the outlier. I won't be invited to so many gatherings this year.
I am good with not being invited to gatherings of the vaccinated. Having to listen to just ONE vaccinated person tell me how selfish I am is difficult, but a room full of them??

In the face of this incessant drumbeat for vaccines, it's clear there is something VERY wrong. Medical evidence, natural immunity, and treatments are being ignored - everything is being done by the Globalists to push the vaccines. What power is being used to coerce all the people, politicians, etc. to do this dirty work for the Globalists? What have they been promised? Would people sell out their friends and family for money? Some would I suppose, but not all.
Since I don't believe a single politician in the world has actually taken the vaccine, that says they understand the vaccine equals death, and by cooperating they save themselves and their immediate family members - the rest of us be dammed.
And when this fight gets tiring that thought gets me angry - and thoughts of my family keep me going.

Here Doctors/nurses are 90% Covidians. They really took the hook deep. Whatever hypnotic effect it was worked too well. There is almost no pushback at the employee level even as the bodies and permanent disabilities pile up.
