When you think of "mind control," what do you think of?
Conspiracy theorists in tinfoil hats trying to keep the aliens from beaming messages into their heads? Evil scientists using spinning pinwheels and special potions to brainwash their hapless victims into doing their bidding? Sci-fi stories about remote-controlled people?
Yes, the idea of mind control has effectively been usurped by the social engineers so it is largely seen as the stuff of fantasy. Whether that fantasy takes the form of a fun, silly, science fiction story or it becomes the deranged rantings of a marginalized conspiracy loony makes little difference; as long as the general population understands it's a "kooky" subject, most people will instinctively know to avoid it.
But guess what?
Mind control is not the stuff of fantasy. It is a mundane reality that is increasingly finding its way into science journals, declassified documents and even the daily newspaper.Case in point:
"
What's in your head? Just like in Nolan's 'Inception', brain tech can hack your mind; 'neuro-rights' can keep you safe."
That rather breathless headline comes not from some independent media outlet, but the Agence France-Presse (via
The Economic Times).
It turns out that the AFP would like you to know that it will soon be possible to read your mind. In fact, this future technology will be able to know what you're going to be thinking "before even you're aware of what you're thinking."So why is the dinosaur media bringing this up at all? Like everything else they write, this, too, is a form of limited hangout and an attempt to steer the conversation about this mind control threat in a certain direction. But it does signal one key fact: Having worked for decades to keep the conversation about mind control on the fringes, the social engineers are now looking to bring it into the mainstream. And that should worry us for a host of reasons.
Now, I'm not just talking about "mind control" in the sense of propaganda, psychological manipulation and media programming here. I've been covering that for
years and
years here at The Corbett Report, including my extensive work on the
MK Ultra program, my
#PropagandaWatch series — which spent over two years examining how propagandists manipulate the public mind — and my recent work discussing the ongoing research into how best to
manipulate people into taking vaccines.
No, today we're talking about the real sci-fi comic book kind of mind control, the little devices implanted in people's brains to take over their bodies. As it happens, that kind of technology isn't quite as fantastic as the social engineers have led you to believe.
A clue to all of this comes from the AFP article cited above. In that piece, specific developments in the area of neuro-technology are discussed,
including devices that will allow assorted bad actors to "write emotions into your brain" and implant "life stories that aren't yours" into your memory. The newswire then goes on to cite Rafael Yuste — an "expert on the subject" at Columbia University — who notes that this technology is not merely theoretical, but actually being used in the lab: "Scientists have experimented with rats, implanting images of unfamiliar objects in their brains and observing how they accept those objects in real life as their own and incorporate them into their natural behavior."
Predictably enough for an article from the dinosaur media, though, even as they admit that this technology is actively being worked on and even legislated against, they simultaneously have to pooh-pooh it as the stuff of "sci-fi movies and novels," which "have offered audiences the dark side of neurotechnology." They then go on to discuss the "significantly positive applications" this technology can have, noting how "In 2013, then-US president Barack Obama promoted the BRAIN (Brain Research through Advancing Innovative Neuro-technologies) initiative, which aimed to study the causes of brain disorders such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and epilepsy."
This will not be surprising at all to those who remember my previous reporting on
the coming brain chip, where I discussed the DARPA-led "
BRAIN Initiative" and pointed out exactly how this creepy mind control technology was going to be sold to the public; namely, by highlighting the potential benefits of such devices for
quadriplegics and other disabled individuals.
And now here we are, with the AFP telling us about the potential "positive applications" of this technology — including "patients suffering from Parkinson's," "deaf people" and "those with Alzheimer's" — even as they are reporting on the Chilean president's proposal at last week's Ibero-American summit in Andorra to legislate against the potential abuse of this technology by those with ill intent:
"I call on all Ibero-American countries to anticipate the future and to adequately protect, now, not just our citizens' data and information, but also their thoughts, their feelings, their neuronal information, to prevent these from being manipulated by new technologies," the conservative Pinera said.
The Chilean bill contains four main fields of legislation: guarding the human mind's data, or neuro-data; fixing limits to the neuro-technology of reading and especially writing in brains; setting an equitable distribution and access to these technologies; and putting limits on neuro-algorithms.
Of course, like every such proposal for government regulators to come in and "solve" a problem like this, the "solution" turns out to be as bad as (if not worse than) the problem it is attempting to remedy. Rather than
prohibiting such technology, such regulation would in fact encourage its use, with the government simply deciding which uses of the technology will be allowed or disallowed. As the AFP frames it (once again using Rafael Yuste as the mouthpiece for this agenda), the idea of mind control and neurological manipulation isn't inherently bad; it's only bad because those with the brain chip will be so much more advanced than their non-upgraded brothers and sisters. Thus, just like how minorities, the poor and other historical targets of the eugenicists were prioritized in the COVID vaccine roll-out in the name of "social justice," so, too, will governments have to make sure that everyone has access to the brain chip.
"To avoid a two-speed situation with some enhanced humans and others who aren't, we believe these neuro-technologies need to be regulated along principles of universal justice, recognizing the spirit of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights," said Yuste.
Ah, yes, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, that
noble UN document drafted by known eugenicist
H. G. Wells, which professes to enshrine all of the freedoms and rights that we hold so dear . . . except when they are "exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations." Bill Gates must be drooling with glee at the prospect of uploading his operating system directly into people's brains and
Elon "Neuralink" Musk must be wetting his pants in the anticipation of becoming the world's first (publicly acknowledged) trillionaire.
From neural dust and neural lace to mind-reading devices and brainchips, the next wave of devices for controlling the public at the neurological level is already being developed. What's more, the propaganda campaign to sell this high-tech horror to the public is already being rolled out. In fact, within the next five years we are going to see the introduction of increasingly invasive "
hearable" and "
wearable" technology as a way of preparing the public to accept the brain chip.
But don't take my kooky, crazy,
conspiracy theorist word for it. Here's the comic book arch-villain of our insane clown world, Herr Schwab himself,
telling a French interviewer back in 2016 that we are all going to be implanted with brainchips by the year 2026:
He even explains how the brain chips will be introduced incrementally, so as to get the public used to the idea of having their constant electronic (mind control) companion. First the devices will be implanted in our clothes and then through some microchip implanted in our brain or under our skin, "and, in the end, perhaps there will be a direct communication between our brain and the digital world" leading to "a kind of fusion of the physical, digital and biological world."
The funny thing is that before you show your normie friend that clip they'll call you a barking mad conspiracy loony and dismiss the very idea of brain chips, but after you show them that clip they'll give you fifteen different reasons why brain chips are an obvious and laudable evolution in technology. They will then assure you that there's nothing at all untoward about the concept of WEF-approved tech being implanted directly in your cerebral cortex and that it's perfectly reasonable for Klaus Schwab to be talking about turning the human species into an army of brain-chipped cyborgs. Finally, they will solemnly affirm that they will be the first in line to take the transhuman upgrades as soon as they're commercially available and that you must be an insane wing-nut if you wouldn't jump at the opportunity to be chipped by Klaus and his cronies.
Now if that's not mind control, I don't know what is.

Looking now, I see it's to the N&E of that point. My memory was that it should have been near Parque Natural on this map. [Link]
Is that your thought too? Crazy. They want your soul. They feed off of your fear. I've encountered these fuckers before. [Link]

The Rock of Gibraltar isn't where I thought it was either, but it's not like I'm a geography expert... But there are three park benches that, if they were there all along, I've been walking directly through the cursed things like a ghost for two years. It's impossible I didn't notice. Either I am insane, or they were not there before. But all appearances that they been there for years... They are weathered, anchored in weathered cement, no disturbance to the surrounding ground... where I walk the dog every day... Even just not having seen council workers taking all day to do an hours work is improbable... And now people sit on the benches, and look either delighted or alarmed at my dog going to greet them... Very noticeable.
It now turns out that in our present "reality" the "actual" quote is "The wolf shall lay down with the lamb." When I first read that I did not believe it, and I went back to my childhood Bible, and sure enough, there it said "wolf," not "lion." I was astonished. But apparently, our reality has been so thoroughly changed in the tiniest details from what it used to be when I was a child, that even in antiquity, over 1,000 years ago, all surviving scriptures in "this present reality" say "wolf" not "lion."
Here is a site which attempts to explain to all the puzzled people out there who remember the quote as referencing a lion, and have asked for clarification, that it refers to a wolf: [Link] It is quite mind-blowing.
(This needs lots of editing it’s not going to get. I found some previous drafts re this and tried to paste them together. Result is ridiculously redundant. Apologies.)
Re Gibraltar: Interesting. I did not know that you were there. Weird! Strange. Creepy. And as re walking through the landscape like a ghost or such, I’m blanking on the lyrics or verse I’m trying to remember. *
I seem to recall at least one other apparent map change perhaps associated? I think I recall Japan and Korea? And perhaps others.
I take it you are familiar with the conundrum of the Berenstein / BerenStain Bears Effect (”BB Effect” / BBE). , which is, per my theory, intentionally misnamed as the Mandela Effect. It has been my theory that the naming of that as the "M.E." was to ensure that folks would not walk back into their libraries of their kids' books saying, "God Damn It! I'm not stupid nor forgetful! It was always Beren stein Bears. How could I have missed "Beren STAIN"? But there it is: [Link] (BerenSTAIN site.) (I just tried to find legit stuff online about the BB Effect but all there was stuff telling me that I must be an idiot Trump supporter or such. I'm confident that you're as unsurprised as me.)
I take it y’all are familiar with the aspect of this conundrum. IMHO, the whole phenomena has been masked via the intentional theft of what should have from the git-go been called the BB Effect, but that the PTB has ensured it is called the “Mandela Effect” to water down its import. (Me, first I heard both heard at all of the BBE et al. as being a part and parcel of the so called M.E. Now at that time, never having had kids, I had never heard of Berenstein / BerenStain Bears. IMHO, the real deal is what I call the Berenstein / BerenStain Bears Effect.)
Now the BBE is thoroughly just creepy; everyone who I have ever explained it to, initially scoffed, said that they would check their old books at home or in a classroom. When we next spoke they ALWAYS - 100% - flipped out when they learned that it's somehow nowadays spelled 'BerenSTAIN'!
If one imagines a typical parent with a soon to be genius child who is nonetheless still a little diaper wearing baby/rug rat/brat,(i.e., where >85% of such parents are routinely having to deal with dirty diapers et al., ad nauseam); well, would you, as that parent, EVER buy a book about a baby bear who wears diapers called BerenSTAIN? How could those books ever have become best sellers?
Everyone that I ever pointed the BBE out to, were ALL flipped out and simply closed their minds and wouldn't talk about it anymore.
Meanwhile, I have never met a soul who somehow thought that Mandela died in jail, which, as I understand it is the supposed ‘common source’ of the name of M.E. The very second I first heard that, I thought, ‘someone’s unfamiliar with Steven Biko’ Ultimately the then existing and subsequent, systemic insistence upon the name of M.E. sounds, to me, straight from CIA/Team FUKUSraHell.

I've never noticed a Mandela Effect, although it is plausible. I recall I used to think Mandela was dead (almost two decades ago) but looking back that could just have been ignorance. The line in Star Wars was always "No, I am your father." I may generally not pay enough attention, though I probably shouldn't admit that. Anyway causality is what matters. Do right, treat yourself and others right, and the rest follows.
Thinking about it, being unable to read minds (beyond the typical empathetic mindreading, or educated guesses) is probably a way of allowing people to learn and develop themselves without intrusion. Though, it happens anyway sometimes. But being wrong is better than being a robot.
One element is the gradual change in decades which makes the change invisible.
A second element is the contol of information, history, science through education, MSM, and social media. What is CRT? The control of history and values. The educational programs of Bush and Obama are the stupidification of our children so they believe the propaganda as truth. The US rates 27 in a national review but we spend the most. What is the money being spent on.
The third element is beliefs. Tali Shorat's research demonstrated that people choose and vite based on belief not evidence. Socrates said the greatest evil is ignorance.
From the above, the majority of younger generations have been programmed with beliefs in "systemic racism", trusting the "approved experts", "global warming" as fact, and the MSM "pandemic" AS scientific truth. They have not been taught to question or critically think and review information and evidence. If they are illiterate they are not reading cirbett, or they are choosing by belief.
Freedom and choice depend on thinking and discriminating between divergent views. The programming has been effective, but not as they expected.
RC
I fully agree. Jefferson has countless quotes on how if we let Americans' education and secular society slide, it's curtains for us. America 1776-2021 RIP.

I know SO many people who are both ignorant and willingly lied to that a neural implant just seems largely redundant. Why brain staple them when the TV and radio does a perfectly good job of controlling them?
Maybe it's just another expression of "Greed is a disease", of never being satisfied, always wanting more and more power and control.
What do they do when total control has been established? -Move on to the next planet in a fleet of UFOs to program and take over the next population on the list, perhaps?
It seems we just happen to be on the leading edge of a galactic cancer.
When God gave us dragons to slay, he sure didn't skimp!
Unless we achieve the ability to warp space-time, which we may have already done but it is kept secret, we will never be able to travel to another habitable, earth-like planet. Sorry, but that is a fact.
Number two is that others have said (and I am still undecided on the plausibility - I have no opinion as yet) that this planet is approaching a bifurcation, wherein those whose minds are good and benevolent will find themselves living in a good and benevolent reality, a paradise which appears to be this same planet we now inhabit, and those whose minds are evil will find themselves living in a hellish and evil reality on what appears to be the same planet we now inhabit.
As I explained, Number One is very well documented by impeccable sources, namely that there are parallel realities which people can slip into and out of, and time warps where time is nonexistent, but Number Two is beyond my understanding or imagination, as to how millions of people could simultaneously find themselves living in a world which is, and always has been, a paradise, while other millions or billions could likewise find themselves living in a world which is, and always has been, a hell-hole.
Please read my comment above about "The lion shall lie down with the lamb." If you are over a certain age this will be meaningful to you, but if you are too young, you will have grown up in a world where "The wolf shall lie down with the lamb." I do not understand it, how a reality which I remember so clearly has so completely changed, not just in the present but in the distant past as well. This sort of Mandela Effect is why I do not dismiss Number Two as nut theory. As I also quoted, "There are more things in Heaven and Hell than are dreamt of in our Philosophy."
When I scrolled past, I saw that Hamlet quote and thought - well, I probably typed that back when. (But it wasn't; it was yours.)
Meanwhile, I posted the above re why I think its being named as the M.E. was an intentional deception operation.
Karmically interesting 'dimensional'? 'density-related'? times it feels.
(It is so God damned strange to have to write up points, as I just did and it appears that you did also, in significant part to protect our perceptions and words from having their very terms redefined by PRIOR events in the supposed meantime.)

I do believe that the LHC is playing with part of this. I don't think that they're in control when they're doing such things. (Of course they have no right, but I guess that's never stopped them previously.) I question whether they're even aware of what they're doing if they ARE the ones doing it. (I likewise remember the lost time on clocks in that Alpine Area of Italy, etc.)
But lion and WTF? Wolf? Argh! (And I believe you so much I'm not bothering to even look it up!)
I seem to recall when I first learned the meaning of alliteration, at least one example given was lion lamb.
Here's another example that also proves the point.
(Tacky, horrific misogynistic joke warning.) I first heard this back when I was in HS I guess.
"What does it taste/smell like when you go down on an older lady?
Punchline: "Depends."
Nowadays, however, the things have ALWAYS been called 'Depend.' That joke never would have gone anywhere! No punch line! Same with dirty diaper wearing BerenSTAIN Baby Bear!

" The lion and the lamb lying down together symbolize that strength and innocence are not in conflict, but naturally live in peace."
Excerpt:
Early Church Fathers (A.D. 349-407) : A review of the writings of the early church reveals that John Chrysostom paraphrases Isaiah 11:6 in his commentary on the “The Gospel of Matthew.” It is important to note that Chrysostom lived about A.D. 349 – 407. Here is his paraphrase of a portion of Isaiah 11:6, Then wolves and lambs shall feed together . . .[3]
Saint Ambrose (A.D. 340 – 397) also refers to the wolves and lambs feeding together.[4] The article Did Isaiah 11:6 once say the lion shall lie down with the lamb? contains a more complete listing of the writings of the early church fathers that quote Isaiah 11:6. Each of the quotes contain the phrase “wolf and lamb.”
The Pseudepigrapha (A.D. 2nd – 7th Century) The Sibylline Oracles (A.D. 2nd-7th century), which is part of the Pseudepigrapha, rewords and plagiarizes the verse without giving credit to the original source of Isaiah 11:6. Wolves and lambs will eat grass together in the mountain. Leopards will feed together with the kids .[5]
Dead Sea Scrolls (circa 125 B.C.) The scroll 1QIsa (~ 125 B.C.) in the Dead Scrolls also contains the book of Isaiah and Isaiah 11:6 states that the wolf and lamb will be together and not a lion and lamb.[6]
The Septuagint (3rd to 2nd Century B.C.) The Septuagint (third to second century B.C.), which is the Greek version of the Hebrew Bible contains Isaiah 11:6. The following is a translation of the Greek text, And the wolf shall feed with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid . . .[7]
Therefore, this means that Isaiah 11:6 has not changed since at least 270 B.C.
THIS BLOWS MY MIND. See ReRan below - he too remembers "lion" and lamb, and remembers pictures of a lion and lamb. Now, going back to thousands of years ago, the scripture HAS ALWAYS SAID WOLF AND LAMB. Not only recent versions of the Bible have changed, but all Biblical scriptures going back to antiquity. How can this have happened?
I don't know if you are familiar with Billy Meier in Switzerland. Since he was a child, he has had encounters with aliens, has photographed and filmed their ships. This is not a pie-plate on a string - as the ships pass over distant trees, you can see the trees bending in the downdraft. He recounts that the aliens once injured a tree. On their next visit, the tree was no longer there. He asked them what had happened to it, and they told him they went back in time to when the tree was a seedling, and moved it to a different location, where it would not be injured.
Then there is Andrew Basiago, who was sent back from the 1960's to see the Gettysburg Address. There is a photo of him at the back of the crowd at Gettysburg (he was a child of about 7-8 years old) in the Library of Congress.
Many, many strange things. I could go on and on, but it appears reality is fluid and can change.
I can't buy the other examples.
Was it "Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?"
Was it "Magic mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?'

*Which said (normal*) diaper, to me, kinda appears perhaps 'poopy' ("Smells like shit!" [Link] .) (I'm not confident on the whole diapers thing, whether the baby bear so wore, etc. Of course, if he did, he did, that too might have changed also.)
Gotta say, there's a reality facing nature that is an omnipresent thing in folks I call SOTTites and SOTTypes. Thank God. This place would be pretty scary now otherwise.
Oh, a question. (Something's rotten in Denmark & your philosophy" )My best rational guess is that the whole CERN/LHC thing has something to do with it. Your thoughts?

Tentatively, I figure it is likely a personal thing related to jumping time-lines. How or why has escaped me. It appears personal as different people have different experiences. For example, I mentioned San Bernadino in SoCal. For you it was always San Bernardino. The 'tank man' in Tiananiman (sp) square has always climbed up on the tank for me, however, a person on another forum freaked out when he saw the video of the guy climbing up on the tank. In his previous time-line he remembers the guy's head bouncing back and then going under the tank. It was so traumatic to watch it is seared into his mind.
It is an extraordinary phenomena and you would think that someone would have figured it out by now.
If I ever said otherwise, (e.g., you go back and find that I EVER thought it was otherwise? Show me the link? THEN all I will be able to say is that whoever's behind the BBE got into that right there. 'That's some devil shit, right there." [Link]

Anyway, that research tended to accord with my memories was that BBE/ME began in/around 2012. I agree, it's never ended and I frankly wonder how it ever could, once it started slipping, slipping ...'like the sands in the hourglass.,.,." yada yada yada.
(Events: 1. Missing &/or Gained Time in IT both on AC clocks and battery clocks, etc. & 2. BBears Events Begin; (BBE/ME) (I'm not going to commit as to which I heard of first. Anyway, as I recall, the official beginning of the M.E. is 2012.)
Even before? I ever thought that these two of three events might be connected (I forget which I heard of first) I thought of each (1) time lost/gained in IT & (2) BBE/ME) as each possibly LHC/CERN related, but it was probably not until 2015? that I first wondered whether both 1 & 2, being possibly related to LHC/CERN and might ALSO be all three be related. The whole 'time lost or gained' stories from Alpine Italy (as I recall) has long made me wonder how it's been so lightly reported - indeed, probably more lightly and least repetitiously than any other recent* 'newsworthy' event that I can think of. No, I don't trust the BFM.
*Though Beirut 8/2020 seems to give it a run for its money in terms of being memory holed.
To explicate, it seems per my recollection that the true NEWS STORY OF TIME LOST OR GAINED! does not have/possess nearly the newsworthiness / newspower that it should, (and that is of course with me being aware of, and subadjusting for, the nature of the BFM to bury >90% of the stories that would perhaps 'awaken' the poor proles.)
Likewise, for the 'so called' 'Mandela Effect' - which I believe got named that by Team FUKUSraHell to 'pre weaken' that particular brand name of truth. Have you ever met anyone who was surprised that Mandela had died because it was thought he died in prison? That's a bad cover story. Designed as distraction and a splitting point so as to divide and conquer - it's pretty smart, despite its malevolence.
