Well seems there is, this is a talk presented by Belinda Fettke, she is the wife of an Australian physician who had a case brought against him for giving patients nutritional advice by The Australian Dietetic Association. The case lasted for two years..the end result he won his case, it was a landmark, because they caved in, thanks to his logical arguments, physicians in Australia can now give patients nutritional advice.
