This is the terrifying moment two motorcyclists were swept away after a bridge collapsed during a flash flood.

Kinak DaLi and Sok Vandy, soldiers from the 1st Light Infantry Division, were riding over the crossing made from logs and mud when it gave way due to the force of the river below.

They both plunged some 10ft into the torrent of water and have been missing since the accident yesterday afternoon in Siem Reap Province, Cambodia.

The footage starts with the two men riding successfully across most of the bridge.

They get two thirds of the way across before it collapses, sending them falling into the water.

A local teenager was filming the flash flood at the time and captured the moment the bridge collapsed, dragging both men into the river.

Police are now searching for the men along the river in the Thmar Kaev village in the Srok Pang district, which had been battered by heavy rains.

A spokesman from the Srok Pang district police station told local media today the bodies have yet to be recovered.

They said: 'The officers have been looking for the bodies around the area since yesterday but there is still no sign of them yet.

'If they have been killed by the flood, we cannot confirm their deaths until bodies are found.

'Villagers are helping the police to search for the two men. Their friends and relatives are also looking.'
