My second child had the notion to turn around at the last minute. In the delivery room everybody was very alarmed to see a small butt in stead of a little head come out first. Luckily two gynecologists were present nearby and they delivered my daughter so delicately. Without instruments, just by their sheer human professionalism and regard for life. No panic.
