There hasn't been any official comment on these statements, however, Dallas police said the killed suspect had told negotiators he was not affiliated with any group and acted alone.

The BPPO's aim is to create the "United States of Africa". Its rallying cries are: "Free yourself from the white men" and help "Free Africa from western and non-black people control."

In June, the group wrote several posts about "black people being tired of government oppression."

The incident then spread to the streets, where major corporations, restaurants and courthouses have premises. Police believe the attack was coordinated.
Three snipers were arrested and the forth was killed in a standoff with police. A total of 14 people were shot, two of them civilians, the rest were police officers.
I respect life but at the same time, I respect justice as well.
But, was this situation justice being enacted or just thugs doing what they do?
I'd like to think that there is a stable, organized force behind this attack but my better sense tells me that is probably not the case.
My gut reaction as I watched this situation unfold is that this is exactly what TPTB want to be happening. This will just prove to widen the gap between the citizenry and the authoritative force known as the police.
I feel that it will give the psychos in power the ammunition they need to bring martial law into effect and declare a national state of emergency which will grant the president the power to enact mass arrests and drastic measures such as curfews and random house searches for weapons and computers of those who are suspected of being dissenters.
I don't see this ending well for anyone...
