Comment: Russia will wait patiently for the EU to lift sanctions and provides incentive by getting interested EU countries prepared so they can immediately start exporting to Russia. The three EU countries: Hungary, Cyprus and Greece are very unstable right now and need all the help they can get. Also the new proposed Balkan Stream Pipeline will benefit them with jobs and much needed gas. Nothing like win-win situations which is very different from US type of bullying. This looks like a very smart move by Putin and Russia letting the EU know there is room for proper negotiations without US involvement.
