At first I thought it was a zoomed in dawn/dusk aircraft contrail judging by the difficulty the photographer had in maintaining the "fireball" in frame and with the usual bifurcated trail.
Then the photographer zoomed out and I realised it was a dawn/dusk aircraft contrail and with the usual bifurcated trail.
Meteors can only ever be slow moving if near the end of their travel at which point they will be increasingly moving in a downwards direction. If it is mostly moving horizontally it has power and is either an aircraft or a UFO of some kind. Rocks do not have wings. You can test this by dropping a rock from an aircraft.
