I ever want to be associated with, in my experience the priority of most nurses is to provide compassionate care and to alleviate suffering (this is a basic requirement) although I will add a caveat that this is not always the case. Unfortunately in my experience this is due to lack of knowledge and the infiltration of psychopathic values that are prevalent thoughout our society today.
This so called nurse was complicit in and an acessory to to the most horrible acts of infanticide. So the fact that she was "troubled" by what she saw and took "pictures" exonerates (my opinion) her from the act leads me to the conclusion she is trying to save her own skin.
