On November 13, 2008, several photos were taken in the Stephenville, Texas, area that are reminiscent of the video and photos previously photographed in the skies over Erath County. The photos were taken at night and show fast moving lights creating a zigzag effect on film. These photos are just the tip of the ice berg when it comes to new UFO activity in the Stephenville area.

Although many would correctly argue that the UFO activity in Erath County, Texas, has never really ceased since the January 2008 sightings that brought so much attention to the area, UFO sightings have certainly been on the rise over the past several weeks. Things began to heat up on October 21, 2008, when local residents in Stephenville and Dublin, Texas, reported seeing lights and discs in the air at night and during the day.

On October 23, 2008, several teenagers and a few adults were at Dublin High School in the late evening when they saw an oval-shaped object with brilliant lights on it. Andy Monrreal used his mom's digital video camera to film the object for about a minute. Monrreal gave a description of the object to a news crew from News 8 (WFAA) in Dallas/Fort Worth. He said, ""You could see a shape. It was like a complete circle."

Those sightings were followed up by reports of military jet activity in the area and the arrival of a number of government helicopters. According to local residents that have sent me emails and reported these events to television news reporters in the Fort Worth area, odd lights have been seen all over Erath County and beyond. Many of the sightings were accompanied by the sudden appearance of unmarked helicopters that appear to be government or military aircraft.

Steven Catchpole, a truck driver who frequently hauls freight between Dallas/Ft Worth and areas to the north and south of there, contacted me by email to report his sighting. He wrote that sometime around ten o'clock on the evening of November 14, 2008, he saw what he described as "a blue and green circle of lights" hovering above a state highway just west of Dublin, Texas.

Catchpole wrote, "The lights sparkled and looked like a huge ring sitting about a hundred feet above the road... I watched them for maybe ten minutes before they vanished... They were gone! I didn't see them after that... I drove another ten miles and saw two big military helicopters flying low to the east... They kept pace with me for a while... I looked again after a few minutes and they were gone."

The national news media is ignoring most of the new reports involving UFOs coming out of Erath County. It may be that they still accept the 'training exercises' excuse the military has been offering since the January, 2008, sightings occurred and assume that most of the lights are just misidentified aircraft. The other possibility is that they simply don't want to deal with the fact that Aliens from other worlds may actually exist and be visiting ours.
