A sensational find has been made during archeological diggings on the territory of the Moscow Kremlin - a well-preserved two-sided birchbark manuscript written with ink. This has been informed by the press-service of the Kremlin Museums.

The rarity was discovered a few days ago in one of the frames of the wooden house of the 14th-15th centuries.

It will be possible to read the document fully only upon its restoration. However, even now it can be said for sure, that the find will enrich the knowledge of the Kremlin's history and the life of its ancient dwellers.
