The main difference, the study revealed, is that Amish communities completely ignored the guidelines from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Amish families did not get vaccinated or wear masks, nor did they engage in lockdowns, social distancing, or any other type of restrictions.
But the separated communities didn't avoid catching the virus, however, as roughly 90% of the Amish have been infected with Covid.

I just realized these dudes could steal my house when I’m sleeping and I could wake up on their farm
That seems a very deep question, I’m interested to hear what you mean by it? Sorry I’ve had a few beers as I’m at a birthday bbq so I’m a little bit fuzzy shall we say
I can then only speak for myself, as my interpretation may not be consistent with those who exist with me at this time.
My first image was one of parallel lives, I'm deep thinking, unfortunately my brain throws spanners at me, making me question things, I've got used to it.
This is about journeys, time and location. The Amish have a history, one I believe from persecution, how they ultimately adopted their lifestyle is not for me to question, they practice what they do.
I on the other hand have become who I am because of circumstances too, but I live within a very mixed, busy and culturally diverse society, something that id rather not do as I get older.
So? Them, me and questions.
Their life would have me question mine whilst I believe my life would be not have them question theirs, one reason I suppose is that they have adopted practices that suit their beliefs whilst I don't have such restraints born from a culture or religious backgrounds.
It is the simplistic nature of their existence that attracts me, I have no faith but are close to nature, land, seasons and such practices that would support such a lifestyle.
I live with others in an increasingly hectic world, where logic and reason are being banished for more sinister projects, these interventions are eroding away at the foundations and practices of my existence.
So parallel lives, me with mine a the Amish with theirs, all happening in July of 2023, its as if the Amish are protected as they represent something that for the moment is excepted and possibly beneficial to USA but that might not last.
When young I lived in the fast lane, age brought sensibility, now I ponder on the differences of life.
Christian83 Such a community could in its pratices make one question one's own existence?Absolutely. I am at heart an old fashioned person. I like simplicity, and do not like excess. But I am only one person in a large family and busy community. So yes, I do question things, and make compromises. And carry on.
A bad Amish flu joke: Did you hear about the Amish Flu?
There are only two symptoms. First you get a little hoarse, then you get a little buggy.
An Amishman had stolen some lumber and soon got to feeling very guilty about it. He was too embarrassed to go to his Amish bishop. Thus he decided to go to confession at a Catholic church to deal with his transgression.
In the confessional, he told the priest that he had sinned.
“What was your sin, my son?” asked the priest.
“I stole some lumber, Father,” replied the penitent.
“How much lumber did you steal?” asked the priest.
“Father, I built my German Shepherd dog a nice new doghouse.”
The priest replied, “Well, that’s not so bad.”
The penitent interrupted him. “Father, I also built myself a 4-car garage.”
The priest then responded, “Now that’s a little more serious!”
The penitent again interrupted the priest, “Father, I’ve got to get it off my chest. I built a doghouse, a 4-car garage, and a 5-bedroom 4-bath home!”
With a look of shock, the priest then responded, “Well, that is most serious. I’m afraid that you’ll have to make a novena.”
The penitent Amishman looked perplexed and then said, “Father, I don’t know what a novena is, but if you’ve got the blueprints, I’ve got the lumber.”

An Amish boy and his father were visiting a mall. They were amazed by almost everything they saw, but especially by two shiny, silver walls that could move apart and back together again.
The boy asked his father, “What is this father?” The father (never having seen an elevator) responded, “Son, I have never seen anything like this in my life, I don’t know what it is.”
While the boy and his father were watching wide-eyed, an old lady limping slightly with a cane slowly walks up to the moving walls and pressed a button. The walls opened and the lady walks between them and into a small room. The walls closed and the boy and his father watched, small circles of light with numbers above the wall light up.
They continued to watch the circles light up in the reverse direction.
The walls opened up again and a beautiful 24-year-old woman stepped out.
The father said to his son, “Go get your Mother.”
Thank you for the Link.
It's a strange thing mental energy, very much under used, for it allows for connections across a wide spectrum of life and energy from those who choose not to settle after death.
🙏 Thanks!
parzival Haha gotta love Chapelle 😂
I stopped taking the flu shot and the only illness I have had since was the "norovirus" with projectile vomiting. I now question the "virus" theory, though I came into contact with cruise ship tourists.

July 3, 2023: "I’ve past the 10,000 hours mark in researching and analyzing the mRNA suite of gene-editing technologies, biosynthetic weapons, gain-of-function pathogens, EUA laws, biological weapons laws, FD&C Act, PHS Act, atomic force microscope (ATF)/Cryo-Em, and engineered nanoparticle technologies. While most of my time as been invested in documents found on government websites, pubMed, and publicly available corporate documents and filings, over the past couple months I re-engaged with industry forums (specifically synthetic biology, a subset of biotechnology) and entered into several online nanotechnology forums.
Everything I’ve read, viewed and listened to from the scientific experts in the nanotechnology forums has confirmed that SARS-CoV-2, its variants, spike proteins, and the COVID-19 mRNA nanoparticle injections are all engineered nanoparticles technologies for purposes of Transhumanism, directing human evolution to become dependent on synthetic biology and digital technologies, as was alluded to by Dr. Robert Malone in this interview with Glenn Beck"...
